Everything was great until I saw the staff refuse to fix a woman nail due to her skin color. They told the African American lady«you’ll have to come back, we’re busy», when obviously all their workers were sitting there and I was the only customer in there(and at that time I was under the dryer).

I stopeed in today for the first time and it was great! I came in for a gel manicure, but decided last minute to also get a pedicure since they had time(I did not call ahead). TK Nails took their time and made sure I was happy with their work at each step of the way — however, at the same time, they didn’t dawdle. They were quick and efficient without making me feel rushed. The best part was the massage! I could not believe how well and for how long my arms/hands and legs/feet were rubbed for. Definitely a huge plus! They had a great color selection for both gel and normal polish. It is a smaller location, so I think that the next time I come in(because I will me back) I will call ahead and make sure they have an availability. Overall, it was a great place filled with friendly people. Can’t wait to come back!

This place is small and simple enough. I love it because it’s never crowded. I always can just walk right in and get a fill or a pedicure. Only thing I kinda have a problem with is the fact that they don’t do the pretty nail designs. Typically I go to the hood for those, however I would love it if they had a designs selection. Nothing tacky or too much but at least SOMETHING. The nail polish selection is fair and they use great polish brands(OPI, Essie, Revlon). The staff is friendly enough and the prices are great considering the location(right across from old town). Overall this is a great little hidden gem for in and out service!

I usually love this place. The owners/manager(a couple) give the best pedicures. This last time, however, was a different story. I came in to splurge on a mani/pedi, a late Christmas gift from my husband. Two new girls helped me. It took them an hour and a half! The owners just sat there and watched a violent crime show. To top it all off, the girl doing my mani cut my nails so short they throbbed all night and kept me up. What turned into an afternoon free of my baby turned into a frustrating afternoon and then a sleepless night. I won’t be back. This place is only worth it if you get the owners, but I’m not willing to take that gamble again.

I’ve been here three times now for a pedicure. I got on my lunch break, and I’m typically done in an hour. I wouldnt say that the staff are OVERLY friendly, but they do a decent job. I’d definetly say you get what you pay for here. It’s clean, and not super busy during the 11 o’clock hour which I appreciate.
