Titan Collision & Auto Paint

Titan was awesome! I quoted multiple other body shops, Titan’s price was slightly better. But the real benefit to me was that other shops told me they needed my car for 4 – 5 days. Titan painted all the parts ahead of time so they could install and only needed my car for a couple hours. And the car looks great! Would highly recommend!

I met Skip at Titan Collision when I stopped by with a buddy of mine who was having some work done. I was quickly impressed with how «customer-​centered» Skip was. So, when I was involved in a very frustrating collision on the highway recently in which the other driver was uninsured, I called Skip at Titan. I was the immediate recipient of an amazing level of customer service that is all too rare today. He took care of me like I was his family member. Seriously! He was reassuring, made arrangements for the tow, rent car, etc., and was genuinely concerned with my well-​being. He took over for me and truly was my advocate with the insurance and rental car folks. Even after repair work had begun, Skip discovered some serious air bag problems from the wreck. He did some research on the problem and contacted the insurance again. Turned out that the car was totaled. However, had Skip not been so thorough, gone the extra mile with the insurance and truly cared about my safety, I could have really come out on the losing end of this.
I told Skip several times that his personalized customer service was mind-​blowing! I mean, WHO does that anymore?
Skip at Titan Collision! If you or someone you know needs any type of collision repair, run and do not walk to Titan. Absolutely renewed my faith in the independent business owner. WOW!!!

I found Titan from Unilocal reviews. Thank you my fellow Unilocalers for helping me find this gem. I have a 2011 Mustang that had the bumper slightly jutting out from the last clip not holding, I bought it this way as it really wasn’t that bad but I never got used to it and always wanted it fixed. Well, somehow it got worse in the midst of the ice storm craziness we had, or it could’ve been some jack-​hole that pulled it to make it worse – who knows.
Anyway, I rolled in here this past Friday on my way home from work. It’s a little after 5 and they’re getting ready to leave for the day themselves. I walk in and ask for an estimate, a gentleman came right out and assessed it, had two guys on it in NO time and boom, it was fixed in less than 10 minutes!!! IMPRESSIVE! I have lived with it for almost 2 years and bam, just like that, it’s fixed. I asked what I owed him and he said nothing, just remember him if we ever need a paint and body shop.
REALLY!!! Ok, this NEVER happens to me y’all! I was extremely impressed with his honesty, professionalism and his candor. He has a customer for LIFE! I will not hesitate to bring ANY of my vehicles here and I would recommend Titan to anyone that needs auto paint or body work done. The place is full of cars getting worked on, now I know why… they know what they’re doing and they have great customer service. Thank you Titan!

I came in for repair of some minor body damage, but asked for a quote to also repair some door dings on passenger side doors. The quote was so reasonable, I went for it ! I was worried about the paint match, but it looks great. The staff is very helpful and were right there to help me each time I came in. Thanks, guys, good job !

I found Titan online and visited the shop for an estimate. Tony was very honest and quoted me a price well below the four other I had received. My car was ready when he said it would be, and dealing with Skip in the office made everything easy.
The work on my car was excellent.
I will definitely visit Titan again if needed, and I would highly recommend them to anyone as an honest shop putting out high quality work.

I have brought a total of three cars over to Titan Collision. I recently brought over a third car, my Lexus because of the good work they did on my previous two vehicles. As always I am impressed with there work and how my Lexus came out.
They quoted me a much lower price then anyone else and they do much better work in my opinion having dealt with Maaco and other body shops. All my cars still look brand new and the paint is still perfect. They helped save me my insurance deductible and fixed my car the right way.
I highly recommend this Body Shop because of the friendly people, good prices, and the high quality work they provide. I have not had any problems with paint peeling or fading on any of my cars. They do the job right the first time and that’s how I like my cars done.

Was referred to Titan to help take care of a trunk lid that wouldn’t close on my 97 Acura RL, and within 30 seconds of my arrival, I had three employees (one was Tony, the owner) troubleshooting the situation. They told me straight out, «We’re trying to prevent you from having to buy a new latch»…from there on, I knew it would be just great.
After about 20 minutes of various tweaks (one mechanic got in trunk with flashlight to check out mechanism), the solution was found. One little tweak up of the latch, rests and locks like a champ now!
I nervously asked ‘what I owed him’ and Tony looked to me and said «$ 20…it’s split between the guys»…and with that, a firm handshake and a promise to refer additional business his way AND use him going forward.
You don’t stay in business 25 years without knowing what your doing and knowing how to treat your customers.
