I lived in the chase for two years. I moved down from new york and read lots of horror stories about bugs in Texas. Never saw one bug in my apartment. Very happy… The best part is I had to move due to relocating back to New York. «Pam» the apartment manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Very impressed with the customer service even though I was moving out.

So a lot has changed a lot of good too. I’m glad to see they do not support open carry this makes me feel safe. They have been a lot more informative they back when I first moved in. Not sure if there was a management change but I see an improvement. The maintenance staff is still amazing the last five years I’ve been here they been very helpful. The only thing I’ve noticed there has been a huge boost of dogs in our apartment like 7 but I thought we were not dog friendly. Either way I want a dog but never got one for this reason. There is dog shit everywhere now. Keep up the good work guys.

No matter how cheap they offer you to have a pool view nicely decline it. The other night I was rudely awake by two low lives having sex loudly right outside of my window with no respect. Also there is a group of males that come every nights between 3 – 5 am drinking and talking loudly
The above don’t bother me as much as this one as I’m currently laying down in bed hoping to at least get 30 minutes of sleep before my 12 hours shift I simply can’t turn out the talking, laughing right outside of my window… Lease ends in 5 months might end up breaking it. I NEED MY SLEEP NOW

I lived at the Chase for 3 years. This is by far the best apartment I’ve lived in. My appliances are not fancy and the kitchen cabinets are not updated, but the service and maintenance are outstanding. The pool, right by my door, is also awesome. I’ve lived in more expensive places but they never offered the same level of care. The Chase employees are really nice and responsive. It’s a great place if you’re a student at SMU as the free shuttle stops there. I’ve moved out and miss running at their jogging trail.

Best apartment I’ve ever lived in! The price is absolutely reasonable and the remodeled kitchens are great. Customer service is far better than the student apartments I used to live in; they actually care about keeping you as a tenent. I’ll live here as long as I’m in Dallas and renting. My only complaint is that for outgoing mail you have to go drop it off at the office. They need an outgoing mail box in the mail rooms. It would be nice if the Village had an area where residents could wash their cars as well.

Mom lives here. It’s a pretty quiet place in the Village with access to 75, public transportation, shopping, grocery and restaurants. Whenever she calls for maintenance, they are quick, nice and proficient. Landscaping is always kept and neat. She has access to the country club, pool, gym, tennis courts, and fields.
This place was the spot to be in in the 70’s and still carries that vibe now. She’s out of that party crew, but still has plenty of people to hang with her age.
Not the cheapest place around but with the amenities and surrounding goodies mentioned, it’s well worth it.

This is my mother-in-law’s «home sweet home» and she loves it! I love it too because we have peace of mind knowing that she’s safe, in an apartment with nice neighbors. Security guards drive around and monitor the place 24⁄7. She moved in when they first renovated these apartments several years back. Very nice! Hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and all new carpet. Highly recommend this location if you are looking to live in the Village.
