Great Clips

Absolute disappointment. I took my 13 year old son in and the ‘stylist’ did about half of what I specifically asked her to do. Not that it was anything special, just clean up and shorten a typically teenage mop of hair.
Then at the end she just laughed, thinking somehow my comments of specific deficiencies were funny.
Obviously zero tip and won’t be returning…

Great place and fast service. Can’t beat the price for a cut that you really like and can live with.

I’m new to town, and when looking for a new place to get my hair cut, this Great Clips had the best rating in the area. I checked it out, and it’s obvious why.
I checked in online, so didn’t have to wait very long when I arrived. That’s an important step to take though, because this place is busy!
I told my stylist what I was looking for and she went above and beyond. She was kind, checked in with me as we were going along to make sure that it was to my liking. She was so professional, fun, and overall great at her job.
I’m really pleased with my haircut here and would strongly recommend it. I will absolutely be back.
Also, if you live in the area, watch your mail because I got a coupon for a $ 6.99 haircut. Great price and great haircut!

I received a coupon a week ago and then went there to get a haricut. But to my disappointment, I got a very bad result. Very very ugly! Asian students do not go there. Their aesthetic sense is totally different from ours!

This is a one of the most professional places I’ve been too. The manager is on top of things and the wait is very little. They also have a great app that lets you check-​in prior to arrival. This will save you time. I get my haircut done by MATTEW KEYS. He is very good ad fades and all sorts of men hairstyle. He is professional and very good at his job. I highly recommend him.

It’s been a while since I last visited Dallas and every time I need my hair done, not just done, but CORRECTLY, I always hit up Matthew. He is by far the best that I have ever been to and he knows what the hell he is doing. He’s a rock star, and a God with his profession. I’ve been to quite a few hairstylist/​barbers in Dallas and I have t found any I like, until Matthew came along. Not only is he a great person to do your hair, he will also exceed your expectations. You’d be a fool to not go to Matthew!

Matthew Keys is the best barber in town. Always gives me a clean fade, nice trim on top, with a side part. He’s also good at suggesting and recommending new styles. I’ve always trusted him with his advice and have been happy with the results. Really nice guy and works often so you don’t have to wait long. Just check-​in online and you will be seated in no time. Highly recommend him.

Hace poco tiempo estuve en Texas y como soy un poco vanidoso aproveche para ir a cortarme el cabello. Pregunte con algunos amigos y todos me recomendaron este lugar por lo tanto vine aquí inmediatamente. Desde que entre todo el personal me saludo muy amigablemente que quede sorprendido porque son pocos los lugares en los que te hacen sentir tan cómodo. Yo no tenía cita, por lo tanto tuve que esperar un momento en lo que se desocupaba alguien que me atendiera. Aunque debo mencionar que también puedes agendar alguna cita por internet para que no tengas que estar esperando. Después de unos minutos me atendió un chavo muy guapo que se llama Matthew Keys, a quien tan sólo le explique básicamente como quería mi corte de cabello. No me lo dejo como yo quería y esperaba, me lo dejo mucho mejor de lo que nadie me ha cortado mi cabello. Quede realmente muy complacido con su trabaja, agilidad y excelente atención de este chavo, aunque es una lástima que vivo lejos para ir siempre a realizar mis cortes en este salón.
Lo mejor de todo esto es que el precio por corte es tan sólo de $ 15 dólares. Cuentan con amplio estacionamiento para que no pierdas tiempo buscando donde estacionarte. En cuanto al personal puedo decir que es de lo mejor que me he encontrado por esta zona. El establecimiento luce súper limpio y ordenado.
Sin duda es lo que he estado buscando por mucho tiempo. Estoy seguro que si un día vuelvo a visitar Texas, Great Clips and Matthew Keys van a ser lo primero que quiero ver.

My boyfriend and I went into this Great Clips on a Sunday afternoon after being referred to Matthew Keys from numerous 5 star reviews at his old salon. We were not disappointed! Matthew cut my boyfriends hair EXACTLY how we asked and was so nice and quick! My boyfriend looks for things to be cheap and efficient and this was above and beyond those expectations. Almost never have to wait to get my hair cut. If there is a wait, its never more than a few minutes. The staff is always friendly and im in and out in no time flat.
As a regular, I receive coupons in the mail every month. Two of them are for haircuts for 4.99 and the third is a completely free haircut! Ive never spent more than 5 bucks on a haircut (my first cut was done on a coupon too). Granted, I still tip, but its still hard to beat those prices.
I never get anything fancy– just a trim on the top and a buzz on the side, so I can’t really speak for the more stylish side of hair cutting, but the point of this place seems to be simplicity anyway. Come in, get it cut, go style it at home and cut out all the extra bells and whistles you normally HAVE to pay for at other salons — even if you don’t want it.

This is the only place I go to get my haircut. The staff is always friendly and most important is the great job Timpy does every single time!

My son needed a cut in a hurry… 15 minutes… we’re in… we’re out… nobody got hurt. Nice job. Downside — and no fault of Great Clips — the parking is awful. There just aren’t enough spaces in this shopping center.

I came here twice and had my hair cut by 2 different people. I really liked the results both times! If you’re really detailed with what kind of cut/​style you want and if you’re there on a weekday, everything should go great! I was seriously impressed that a $ 6 cut (with coupon) was as good as the higher end salons.
Tip: Bring a picture of the kind of cut you envision. It’ll help a lot!

Been three times and all three times hair has been very uneven. They rush and get you out as quick as possible and really dont seem to care.

I came in here mainly because I got a $ 5.99 coupon in the mail. Who could beat that? The advertising worked wonders for them because that’s what got me to go in. My hair was cut well. I just asked for 2 inches off and no layers. I didn’t want anything too extreme — just as basic as possible. Call me boring. There were only 2 stylists working and the wait to be serviced was roughly 30 – 45 minutes. I guess it’s not so bad considering I was a walk-​in. The place wasn’t so bad. It’s a nice convenient place to go to for an affordable haircut (even without the coupon).
