Tenison At White Rock

It’s been two years now and I still love living here! The complex is going through a «freshening» (new paint, landscaping, etc) and it is so great! The complex is still relatively quiet, despite the seemingly higher turnover in residents in my building. I spoke with management when I signed my 3^rd year lease, and some pretty exciting upgrades are happening.
Since I pay for covered parking, I don’t have any parking issues, but on weekends it does get pretty tight. Maintenance has a very good response time, and repairs are done satisfactorily.
The only complaint I have is the dumpsters. They are so messy and people are awful about actually putting the trash in the dumpster. Maybe a more discreet dumpster fence is needed?
I still think this place is a wonderful hidden gem. If you’re willing to overlook it’s age and that it doesn’t have all the «bells & whistles» of a newer complex, then you’ll be very happy here.
