I had a back window smashed this past weekend from theft. These guys were the first to call me back at 8 am Monday morning and came to my work at 10 am to fix the window. Not only that, but they also vacuumed all the glass. Highly recommend these guys!

Absolutely horrible. One of the drivers for the company almost hit my car. I was driving down Inwood, and she pulls out fast from a side street, cutting across all of the lanes. I had to slam on my breaks (almost coming to a complete stop) and honk. As I am at the stop light she pulls up next to me honking and flipping me off! As someone driving the company car that is not appropriate driving, and to flip someone off is very rude when SHE was in the wrong. The light turns green and she takes off cuts back in front of me and slams on her breaks.
I got the number off the back of the car, call and let someone know. The guy said he would get the manager. She gets on and I ask if this was the manager and she informs me very rudely «NO, this is the OWNER» I said ok well. Tell her what happens and then she proceeded to yell at me that she was the one driving the car and I was hauling ass down the road.
As an «owner» of a company that’s not how you treat people and run a business. She immediately started yelling and using profanity towards me not letting me get a word in. I really hope no customers were around to see such nasty attitude and language. If she’s going to treat a complete stranger like that just think of how she would treat a customer.
Very tacky.

I couldn’t be more pleased with Scorpio Autoglass! They came out the same day I called them, within the hour, and they were the best priced company in the DFW area. The technician was friendly and came to my work, so it was no hassle at all! I highly recommend using them for any of your auto glass needs!

HORRIBLE!!! They «repaired» a chip in my windshield & did a terrible job. I called 5 times to request they come back & try to repair again & they continually told me they were too busy & have yet to come back. My windshield now has big bubbles & the spot left from «repair» is bigger than the original chip. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Really unhappy about the customer service at this place — so unhappy that I didn’t end up getting my windshield replaced by them. I called here first based on the very few but overall glowing Unilocal reviews. First, the phone number listed on their website banner is incorrect — even once I figured out the right number, no one answered the phone. I ended up submitting an online quote request which, to their credit, they responded to by phone fairly promptly.
I was scheduled for same-​day mobile service, but then got a call in the last 15 minutes of my time window asking if I’d be willing to reschedule, since they were running behind. I agreed to reschedule for the following morning.
The next day, not only did no one show up – no one bothered to call to tell me they were (again) running behind. I called 30 minutes AFTER my time window to check what was going on. They apologized, said I was the next job in the queue, and said they’d call me back with an estimate of when to expect the technician.
Over two hours later, I still had not received a phone call. I called to cancel my service — they said okay. Twenty minutes later, they call back saying the tech will be arriving shortly. I reiterate — SORRY. I –already– called you guys to cancel the service. I still want to cancel my service. He was supposed to be here THREE hours ago. Well, really, he was supposed to be here yesterday — but who’s even counting anymore at this point?
Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice — I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Called for chip repair in my windshield. They set an appointment for a 3 hour window, they showed up 45 minutes late and beyond our window. They repaired the chip and it now looks worse than it did before the repair. I called Carlos in the office while the repair technician was still here. I asked if he would come out and look at the repair and make a judgement as to if the repair was done properly. He said he would not come out and if the technician said it was as good as it could be then that is there answer. I have had several I windshield chip repaired and the work was never this poor. All in all they did a poor repair and I am very disappointed in their work. I will not reccomend their work.

I’m guessing they’re changing their name, though their trucks and receipt still says Scorpion.
Very friendly and good price.
Inside seems «not quite finished,» but I was comfortable with a fun book from their table and they also handed me a free bottled water while I waited.
I’ll definitely go back if the need arises and also will recommend highly.
Not the easiest parking lot to get out of, but not that big of a deal.

great service for windshield chips!

So after the Hailpocalypse down here in Lakewood, my rear window shattered (leaving glass everywhere) and the front windshield heavily cracked. Scorpio called back quickly, had a price far below the competition, arrived on time and finished quickly, even vacuuming the entire care to get rid of all the shattered glass. I couldn’t be happier.

The guys at Scorpio gave me a quick quote — which was $ 100 less than a few other quotes I received. They then came to my work and replaced the driver-​side window in less than an hour.
I highly recommend these guys!
