Took my car in because the bass in my system had stopped working and I wanted them to find the problem and fix/​replace whatever was broken. My system is a few years old and I run a tablet as my front end. The guy who looked at it had never seen anything like it and I could tell did not want to work on it. He told me they were too busy and that they did not like to work on cars with equipment that wasn’t installed by them and that my best bet is to find somewhere else. It would have been an easy sale for them but they turned me away.

I came here to have an ipod/​iphone adapter installed in my 2004 Acura. Manager Dan was very helpful, gave me a great deal and gave me a run down of how it worked. Negotiated with me and agreed to very fair pricing, he even bought my lightening adapter to fit with the SPEC adapter. I highly recommend if you have any car audio needs, tinting and more! Really appreciate good customer service and being straightforward in any business.

Needed my window tinting stripped to pass inspection and was in a hurry and they were able to do it in an hour for a reasonable price. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend them!

I needed the tint removed from two windows in order for my car to pass the inspection to get my Texas tags. I stopped by Alta Mere to see what my options were and Dan personally stripped my windows of the tint in no time and had me on the road shortly after I arrived. My car was returned to me just as clean as it was before he took it back to perform the work. I was very impressed and can definitely recommend Alta Mere for quick and efficient service.

Fast and professional tint company. They even gave me a discount because I bought my A7 from Audi Dallas. If you a car from a dealership around them make sure to ask for the $ 50 discount.

I had my windows tinted a while back but never got around to leaving a review… had to finally leave a review and give Alta Mere the credit they deserve.
I was very impressed with the service provided and the quality of my tint job. I have a convertible, and convertibles can be difficult to tint because the windows shift whenever you open or close the door. I scheduled an appointment to drop my car off in the morning and pick it up that evening.
It was rainy and cloudy that day, so when I picked up my car, Dan advised that I not roll the windows down for 7 days (usually its only a couple of days if there is no rain). A week later I roll down the windows and all was well, except I could hear a crackle when rolling down my drivers side window. I couldn’t see the tint unraveling, but it was clear that way down in the crack of the window, the tint was unraveled. I returned to Alta Mere and had Dan look at it and without hesitation he said he’d redo the window. Had it done the very next day. Great customer service and my car looks great. Would definitely recommend this company!

Great tinting job on my Benz! The car looked good before and now it looks fabulous! Dan is great, great customer service and not too expensive very professional and knowledgeable. They don’t try to sell you more than what’s necessary or will meet your need. I highly recommend this place for your auto needs.

Was not happy with my tint job. Paid for the expensive ceramic tint but got a sub par install job. My tint has many dirt specks under the tint film that will never go away until its removed and done again. In the past I’ve had 3 cars tinted by other tint companies and I was 100 percent satisfied even thought those tint jobs cost a lot less. Maybe my basic 2013 car wasn’t expensive enough to get the attention they like to give to the Audi’s and Mercedes. Bottom line, I’ll be looking for a new tinter.
