Sam’s Club

This is the worst Sams Club in the Dallas area. It is very unorganized, dirty, lack luster employees, little to no customer service. They do not have enough check out stands open, only a couple and it is a high volume store so prepare to wait a long time to check out. It seems to cater to one group of people. The bakery is a joke about the only thing it has going for it is the floral department. There are no express lanes or self check outs (probably because the majority of the customers cannot understand English). After waiting an eternity in a line, you then wait in another line to get out the door. Overall poorly managed and filthy.

This Sam’s club is AWFUL!!! It is dirty and selection is terrible.

This particular Sam’s Club is alright considering the location, but they really need to update their limited vegetable selection. I wanted some fresh green beans and broccoli and all I found on the shelf for the green beans was an empty box.

It is your typical Sam’s. Great prices on some things, not so much on others. If you pay attention when shopping you will save some money. There are also plenty of free samples to try, some actually pretty good. Always check the electronic section for the open box or clearance items, they can have some ridiculous deals. The store itself is ok, pretty clean and adequate lighting. Staff is primarily disinterested in helping, but you will get the occasional person who still wants to help.

Great location and has a gas station where gasoline is usually cheaper than other locations. Unfortunately the staff did not change the electronic signs and the price was more expensive at the pump than was advertised. Not a great business practice.
In addition, the car wash was out of service. I will probably take my business elsewhere in the future

This is by far the WORST Sam’s Club I have ever been in! This place is an absolute dump! Where to start… the prepackaged sliced cheese, one package full of mold, one of the prepackaged sliced prosciutto packages was brown and dried looking, I made a comment about it and when I came back they had only placed another package on top of it to hide it!!! Just like the moldy cheese, they left it on the shelf for some unsuspecting customer to buy! The large containers of dawn dishwashing liquid were all smashed on the top, some were leaking. When I went into the mens restroom the was a woman in there helping her elderly husband who apparently had an accident, an employee came in and said they would send a janitor to clean up the mess (maybe even fill the empty paper towel and toilet paper dispensers) but one has yet to show up. Today is Saturday so not only is it packed, the store and shelves are littered with empty sample cups and napkins. An absolutely disgusting experience.

Looks like they’re going out of business… they are out of half of the products I was coming in to purchase. I waited in a long line if you weeks ago to get a new membership card and their machine was broken and every day that been back machine may not be broken but the line superlong I’m not waiting in line to find out of the machine works. The location on Skillman and Northwest hwy is much better.

$ 0.05 off per gallon for Sam’s club members. Plenty of pumps. Never had to wait.
The touchless car wash is great. There is only one option however, $ 6 «Premium» wash. It does a pretty good job and gives me peace of mind that my paint isn’t going to have swirls. Now that the weather is getting warmer, expect to wait in line to enter the wash.

This club can be a little trying on my patience but the staff at TOP notch !

Update: Ended up at Costco yesterday and the difference is pretty drastic. I certainly won’t be renewing my membership at Sam’s!

The lady that works at the tire and battery center is mean and condescending.
