Richard Brooks Fabrics is a Dallas institution. Originally located near Inwood Village, the store relocated to Preston Center. We have skilled in-house designers/dressmakers who create for Dallas’ most elite patrons, pageants, debutantes, Mother of’s, as well as Brides looking for custom one of a kind gowns.
