Disgusting. The carpeting smelled and was filthy. Housekeeping never changed our sheets or made the bed the 5 days we were there, the bathroom was dirty, lights didn’t work in the bathroom, and overall smell was nauseating !!!

Why are there cigarette holes in ALL of the sheets? After being moved TWICE… still holes! Why are you mixing the non-​smoking sheets with the smoking sheets? That’s not smart.
Newly Ikea renovated hotel. The location is awful due to all the construction taking place. Spend 10 bucks more and you find a nicer hotel in addison!
