«My background is in urgent care. I learned to streamline the process for helping my patients: at the same time, I was very conscious of providing compassionate, quality care. In essence, I wanted to get people better, quicker. Nobody wants to spend any more time than they have to in pain and dysfunction.

As a chronic low back pain sufferer, I am well aware of the frustration my patients feel. I underwent major back surgery after exhausting multiple routes of traditional care, so I understand the physical and emotional aspects of chronic pain.
