Specialties
Our firm represents individuals and families in cases involving product liability, serious car and truck accidents, medical negligence and medical device cases, construction accidents, and general negligence cases. Because of our prior experience defending automotive manufacturers, we handle a number of automotive product liability cases on behalf of injured consumers. These cases include SUV rollovers, roof crush, tire detreads, occupant restraint failures, unwanted acceleration, and vehicle fires.
Our in-house preliminary medical analysis is completed by a registered nurse, a luxury many firms do not have.
The relationships we have developed through years of experience place us a step ahead of other firms. Defense attorneys, judges, and experts are all important participants in every case. We strive to maintain these relationships to ensure the best results possible.
