Yikes. First off, the owners of this store are extremely rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. My first experience here was poor but I ended up spending $ 75 anyway despite regretting it. There’s a sign that says you can only try on 3 wigs and they charge you $ 1 for the wig cap if you buy or not. Today I went back to check out more wigs, she shouts from across the room at the register, «Okay you’re done. That’s $ 1, you’ve tried on 3.» I was the only person in the entire store and yet she wanted to stop me from buying.
A little side note, the last time I was in the store I tried to go out of my way to be nice and make conversation. Didn’t make a bit of difference. The woman who runs this shop is flat out nasty with jaw dropping unacceptable customer service. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is they have a large variety of wigs.
They have lower prices and the Otre, Freetress and the like brands. Lots of affordable choices. Told the owner I would not be back and she treats me like a criminal. She had no reaction and just watched me give her the dollar and walk out the door. Not someone who deserves a successful business in this industry. I would happily spend more to go elsewhere and I highly suggest you do the same.
*Side note* This neighborhood is a bit sketchy. A guy came up to me the second I got out of the car begging for money for alchohol/​drugs based on the smell of him. Avoid. Try another shop. You’ll thank me later.
