CUSTOMERSERVICESTINKS!!! I will never go back to this location again. The staff doesn’t speak to you at all. You literally have to go them to ask for help and once they are done with their conversation they’ll assist you. Well really not assist you because every question I asked wasn’t answered, it’s like they don’t know the products they are selling. Why not hire black/hispanic employees so they can assist the customers if can’t. I will drive my happy self all the way to Plano to the other location and spend my hard earned money there instead. «One sta’ for you»…in my Asian voice

Prices are tricky, products are good, people are friendly. I called ahead for Shea Moisture’s JBCO Leave-in conditioner and was shocked not only that they had it but that the manager knew they had that specific product. I asked for the price and was told they don’t give prices over the phone. I went in and found out why. I found SEVERAL items throughout the store with no price tag. I also found items priced higher than the Plano location. The worst offense — I found samples for sale! The Makari products with«Free Sample» printed on them cost 99 cents! Certainly this makes me even more suspicious of the items I found with no price tag at all. I was told the samples are for sale because people want to take too many of them. Unacceptable. As far as product, I found everything I wanted. I think they have the same amount of stuff from each line as the Plano store except they don’t put all of any one product line together in the aisle like the Plano store. I found the old mainstream product lines and lots of products specifically for natural hair care. They also have more than one line of natural texture hair for braiding as well as natural drawstring ponytails. The gentlemen who work at this location are definitely more involved than at the Plano location. They sell! I saw one walking around making jokes and describing the different argon oils to a customer. Another was assuring me that I should try the Shea Moisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil Leave-In Conditioner because it was really good and I would really like it. Ummmm how do you know sir? Never mind how he knew, I appreciate the effort. In summary, I might go again for the good products and the helpful attendants but the pricing concerns me.
