At Good Health By Design each massage session will be customized with a mix of Swedish, deep tissue, stretching and trigger point depending on what the client needs. I work on both men and women with the majority of my clients being traveling business people with back, neck and shoulder issues due to many hours of sitting on airplanes or driving in cars as well as athletes to help prepare them for their upcoming sports event or to help relieve the soreness from working out too hard. And lets not forget the person who just wants to relax and unwind or relieve the stress of everyday life. Whatever your reason for massage I can help.

Good Health — By Design is a work in progress. At this point I offer massage and Personal Training. I am growing and getting more certifications to better help each person to live a healthier and happy life. On my website and facebook page I post healthy tips, recipes, and small changes that can easily be made to start your journey to better health. I believe that your body is amazing and has the ability to heal itself given the proper nutrition, rest and exercise. I also believe that your spirit and your attitude have a lot to do with your health and that it should be properly nourished with good positive thoughts and experiences. I will update this as I grow my business with new services.

I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer in Dallas, TX, and I’m passionate about what I do because I get to help people like you feel better. Massage offers safe, nurturing touch that benefits your body, soul, and spirit. After a one hour session you will feel strengthened, renewed, and relaxed but energized. I have taken a variety of holistic courses, and I continue to take classes in order to stay current in my field. I am constantly reading about the latest in health news, foods and natural remedies as it is somewhat of an obsession of mine and a key component in my life. I am always trying new recipes and experimenting with new variations of smoothies and juicing in order to get the most out of my diet. And, even though I try to make everything as healthy as possible, I believe it’s okay to treat yourself to some homemade chocolate cake from time-to-time!
