I love this store! They’re staff is always so helpful and friendly. Anytime I want an item, someone helps me carry the tile to the cash register then to my car. I’m a a small girl, so this really does help me out as I usually buy large sq footage. Not to mention their prices are pretty amazing compared to other wholesale floor and tiling places. Although I wish they still had different pricing for contractors, especially since I shop there so often. I think people need to keep in mind that this is not your typical retail store. If you’re looking for high end retail service and pricing head over to Tile Shop. You’ll understand when you get there haha! They also have an onsite designer if you need designing help, which I think is very thoughtful. On top of all this, they have an extensive selection of tile and flooring. Sometimes I can get a little carried away and spend hours checking out the goodies. If you’re a contractor/​designer or simply a homeowner trying to do some updates, I highly recommend taking a look at floor and décor.

I called ahead to see if what I had was in stock and they were able to help me over the phone after just a few minutes of waiting. When I went there to pick up the item the service was just okay. Instead of being walked over to where my item was I was simply told the general area it would be in. The store is organized enough to easily find what I was looking for.
There is also ample parking, it would be nice if they had extended evening hours.

Couldn’t be any better, unless the stuff was free.

This place sucks big time. I’m a contractor here in Dallas since 1977. I’ve bought tons of flooring and this place is the worst by a mile! They are totally incompetent! I will turn down the job if a customer wants to use this place. Im not sure why I had to give it 1 star?

We decided to install some slate tile in our bathroom. I bought some other slate from a big named boxed store brought it home and was not happy with. I friend told me I should try Floor & Décor because they have a larger selection of slate on hand than most others. I have installed porcelain tile in the past but was a little skeptical of the slate because of the leveling issues around the toilet area. One of the sales mangers by the name of Tim White quickly put my mind to ease. He explained the process for my application and was pretty confident from that point on. I did have some additional questions when I got home about the install and called the store and they walked me thru my problem. They have a great showroom with some cool stuff!

I headed over to Floor & Décor with my contractor to find some good prices on new tile for my bathroom remodeling. They have a great selection of stone, granite, travertine, ceramic, etc. for all of your tiling needs. They have a variety of flooring options as well. Hence the name FLOOR and DECOR. This store even has all of the materials for installation. The staff was helpful, but could have been more informed about the products. They carry around calculators, which came in handy! We waited up front for quite awhile before anyone came to ring in the purchases, but it is their slow season so they may have been short of staff. I got all the tile (including deco pieces) for under $ 400, a fantastic price! That was with my contractor’s 5% discount too. Check this place out if you’re in the mood for a project.
