Great service all the way around. Working here from out of town and called them in a panic about my car and they fit me in and provided the BEST customer service. My car is riding sooooo much better now. Thanks so much guys. Five star service all the way.

This location will rip you off… I don’t recommend them at all. They had me spend 600 dollars on an alternator and it didn’t even fix the problem. I’m already back for repairs almost a month later.

The way service it’s suppose to be. Got my inspection done on less than an hour. Along with quotes for additional services.

I’m adding to my previous review after having driven my car from Dallas to Chicago the next day and 3 new issues magically arose with my car.
The trip started with me trying to start the car to leave. It wouldn’t start and had to be jumped. I got in the road. The check engine light was suddenly on, although I was 2,000 miles from needing an oil change. Then, my car started indicating that it did not recognize the keys being present «keys not detected» (the car is a push start). I stopped somewhere that I could purchase a new battery for the keys in case the car wouldn’t turn back on. Before buying a new key battery, I opened the keys and closed them and they were recognized again. 1 problem down…
Maybe 6 hours more down the road I turned the car off and when I tried turning it on again… Battery dead. Thankfully a nice gentleman let me get a jump and I got on the road again. I decided to go as far as possible and not turn the engine off next time I put in gas. Before I needed gas though, I stopped for some migraine medicine and water and out of habit turned the car off to go inside. I immediately realized my mistake. I tried turning it on again and it started clicking. It was 2:30am at this point in time and I was the only human visible for miles, other than the gas station attendant who told me he didn’t have a vehicle there. I don’t have AAA or any roadside assistance. Also, I’m a female, alone on the road, 450 miles in either direction from anyone I know, with my friendly (would kill with kisses) dog. I’m lucky I’m here to share this story.
Eventually a couple pulls up to get gas and I asked the woman if I could get a jump. We tried once. Wouldn’t start. Tried again. Nothing. Again, and it started, but just barely. And then I learned the young woman was full of automobile knowledge. She asked me where I was going, I told her Chicago. She said I wasn’t going to make it with this battery. «Keep everything off», she says. I unplugged my phone charger and lowered the interior lights. She went and had a private chat with her boyfriend and came back to me. She asked if I had enough money to buy a new battery– I was slightly scared of being robbed at this point in time. I was going home from my parents house at Christmas and the entire backseat was filled with presents and goodies, etc. but I didn’t have much of a choice at this point in time…
They had me follow them a 24 hour Walmart, where they proceeded to find the right battery for my car. While her boyfriend replaced the battery, I had a chat sitting with the woman in their warm vehicle (it was less than 30 outside). My poor dog was running in circles back and forth the front seat wondering what was going on and why I was not with him and who was messing under the hood. The woman asked if I carried protection or if my dog was dangerous. «He can sense when he needs to help», I lied. I was still scared, and I didn’t have pepper spray, nonetheless a weapon on me. The woman pulled out a taser. I almost had a heart attack. She then showed me how it worked, told me I shouldn’t be so nice to strangers bc not everyone would be as nice as her, insisted I keep the taser, and had me call her so she could have my # to make sure I made it home safe. THANK GOODNESS THERE ARE PEOPLE IN THE WORLD LIKE THIS!
I gave them cash out of my pocket which they didn’t want to take but I insisted and got on the road. I made it home, and battery is still working today.
Anyways, this is a lovely story showing that guardian angels are out there (or however you want to interpret it), but the point here is why did this happen to my battery right after bringing it to Firestone the day before? And the oil change light? What do they do there, mess with your car so you have to bring it back and have more work done later? My road trip should have been 14 hours and ended up taking me 19 because of all the issues. I got home at 10:30am New Year’s Eve and barely slept before having to get ready to go out that night.
I had actually planned to come back and edit my review and add a star or something, thinking I had been too harsh and was just upset in the moment, but after everything else the next day I would give 0 stars if I could. I could have been robbed, abducted, even murdered because of the issues with my car, leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere at 2:30am. Maybe the people who «work» at Firestone think what they do just brings more business, but they should think about how it affects the people who have to deal with these unexpected issues later.
Please do not bring your car here. Please.

I have used this location 3 times in the last 24 months. Most recently, I had them diagnose a front end noise on my high mileage car. They diagnosed the problem (control arms), and didn’t really try to sell me on anything I didn’t already know about. They informed me that my front struts were worn but that they were not the source of the noise we were hearing. I really appreciated the honesty from them as it pertained to my struts. My car now drives like it did previously, without noise or wobbling.
They had my car for less than 36hrs total, and the repair was within the realm of what I was expecting it to cost. Not super cheap but also not dealer expensive. I am happy.

Appointments are meaningless here. Booked a noon appointment online and showed up at 11:55. At 12:45 my car was still in the parking lot and I had to leave to go back to work without the tire being changed. Nothing from anyone working there about why it was taking so long even while I noticed multiple employees standing in the garage talking while seemingly doing no work at all.
Avoid this place and go somewhere that values your time.

Great place. Was very upset after first visit, the second visited I decided to go through a different employee, and what a difference. John and Shane are awesome, they’re polite professional and intelligent. Just some advice only go through these guys, the others will try to completely jip you, aka don’t talk to Tim.

I went in for 21pt checkup said couldn’t do it when I went by myself. Even though day before stopped in with my male friend was told yes they could after we explained problem stalling at stop lights. Paid $ 80 put on machine, in all my cost was $ 132 to get 2 tires balanced. Stayed there all day when said & done they told me I needed $ 8000 worth of work. Found a honest mechanic found out an after market anti-​theft device installed wrong that was loosing connection & shutting car down. Had my car fixed for $ 245 big difference never going there again. BEWARE i give them –5 if i could rating

STAY AWAY!!! I have dealt with these people on numerous occasions, they always try to upsell, and the firestone tire warranty is bullshit. Also, everyone that works there is a misogynist pig and I was once groped by another customer.

The only thing they’re good for is balancing tires.
*Balancing tires that you bought somewhere else, that has better prices.
They have a GSP9700 balancer and know how to use it.
Aside from that they do typical scammer tactics and their prices are high. I went there for balancing for my 4 tires. I had to watch though the window as a clown was screwing around under my hood!!! He was obviously looking for something to upsell me on. What the hell? That’s not even close! Just balance the damn tires you assholes!

I checked prices online and thought it was a pretty good price, maybe $ 50 less than Discount Tire, but when I got there and got the bill it was $ 75 more. Four tires costs a bundle, so I want to save if I can. It was at the end of the day, so after installing the tires they said to come back for the «free» alignment another day. I wasn’t a happy camper and I haven’t been back.

Well, some jerk stole our catalytic converter yesterday, and the first open place my hubby could find early in the morning was this Firestone. The price was high, and I don’t know if that was Firestone or just the usual cost of replacing a catalytic converter. What was amazing was the service. The assistant manager was incredibly friendly and helpful, and explained everything to my non-​car savvy husband. Then he actually gave my husband a ride to seminary to make it in time for class — can’t beat that kind of service! Knowing that he had to have to car to make it to work on time, they had the work totally done within two hours.
