I would not recommend this business. They are very unprofessional, more interested in upsell and steal $$ instead of getting the work done which they are paid for. They were in and out in 23 minutes not sure if they really cleaned or not. When asked for receipt the person got upset and handed me a blank receipt and rushed out. Won’t do business with then again.

do not go with these people unless you want to get ripped off!!! they have horrible customer service and dont do a good job! there coupons are not what they say. please dont give these people any business. they should be shut down!!!
they charged me $ 25 more for sealing up the vents they opened. and tried to charge me for services =$ 700+!! total scam!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I scheduled to have our carpets cleaned with a coupon for 4 rooms for $ 69 + free deodorizer. My husband who is disabled met the people at our house to have them clean the carpets. Once they got there they informed my husband that the carpets needed to be deep cleaned and that it would cost over $ 500! I was at work during this time but once my husband sent me a message that they were requesting us to pay over $ 500 I immediately called the guy and told him that that was not what we had signed up for. The guy I spoke with that was there cleaning the carpets was very rude and spoke broken English and he was very difficult to understand. While this gentleman is speaking with me, he has another guy spraying the carpets with some sort of chemical further making you feel obligated to let them continue. I told the guy we only signed up for the $ 69 deal which I had a coupon for and we were not willing to pay more than that. He told me he would cut me a deal and only charged me $ 399. I told him that was not acceptable that I would not be willing to pay that much as they were very much overpriced. Also told him if he did not want to honor the $ 69 coupon that I had then they could take your things and leave. I was at work so I hung up the phone. (Dealing with this mess also cost me lost wages because of my pay structure). After hanging up with me, he then lied to my husband that I had agreed to the $ 399 and so they continued their work but made sure to immediately get payment from my husband who was under the false impression I had agreed on that price! In the meantime I’m calling their office and asking for the owner. The woman on the phone says she was the owner named Doris (I doubt that’s her name). I explained my issue and how angry I was that we were told one price and then when they arrive they tell us all this other stuff we need and jacked up the price! She said let her check on it and never called me back. I have a feeling she called the tech and told him I was upset and to get payment right away. I had to call the office several times and the last time I spoke with «Doris» she tried to tell me that sometimes when they get there the rooms are bigger etc which is a load of crap because all my bedrooms are small. I told her that was still way too much and that we’d had our entire house cleaned for about $ 120 in the past with another company and had the same type of stains removed. She refused to assist me in a satisfactory way so I told her to have her guys get their crap and get out of my house or I’d call the police. Well since I wasn’t home and was unable to reach my husband in time they quickly finished and left before I could tell husband not to pay them. I tried calling the office back two more times but it only went to voice mail as «Doris» would no longer accept or return my calls. This company is full of liars and uses a Bait and Switch method to mislead and scam customers. I will take this matter as far as necessary to resolve. They should not be allowed to screw people over like this! So watch for their «coupons» because they will not honor them! They need to have their doors CLOSED!!!
And «Doris» you’re full of shit! Don’t bother trying to smooth talk all of us into believing you don’t run your business this way or that you care about your customers. The proofs in the pudding right here in all the nearly identical reviews of how your company has scammed people out of extra unnecessary services. If you really cared about your customers then you’d have stopped your guys from cleaning our carpet and taking our money LIKE I ASKED YOU TO DO! instead you had them get the money quick and carry their asses! You have made NO EFFORT to rectify this situation. I plan to report you to BBB and the TV stations so you barked up the wrong tree screwing my family over!

They were on time. However the $ 90 living social voucher I purchased stated a full chimney cleaning and inspection. I was shown cracks and asked if I wanted it painted black. The whole visit was around 15 minutes total. When I questioned about my chimney being clean he showed me a pic on his camera and said it was. There was no vacuuming of creosote and I am not sure if they even used the Dick Van Dyke sweeping brush they brought into my house. Then I ponied up another $ 82 for the painting of my surround. I don’t feel any safer now if I lit it than before they came here and gave me the «Full cleaning and inspection» that I actually paid for. What a ripoff. I will be contacting Living Social.

My experience was similar to the other reviews. Show up late after giving me a four hour window. Had a pre-​paid deal and they charged me extra $ 27 on top of that for «tax». They were here 15 minutes 5 of which was to sell me on other services. They did not get up on the roof to do anything. Everything was done by a cheap brush and a shop vac. Live and learn.

Purchased a deal off dealsaver to have our chimney cleaned and inspected. They called to let us know they were coming and showed up on time. A couple of guys showed up to do the work the inspection found cracks which is caused by extremely hot fires. They advised that these should be sealed to prevent fire from getting between these cracks, which causes house fires. I liked that they were very informative. And showed my husband the cracks and not just told him about them. Im very pleased with their work and professionalism.

Horrible. Showed up an hour late to do a «full chimney cleaning.» After 10 minutes of vacuuming my chimney, something I can do for free, the 2 guys ran out of here. Do not use this company.

I was extremely underwhelmed by the level of professionalism and service provided by this «deal». First it was a «deal» set at $ 90 (a good deal for a full inspection and cleaning of a fireplace). Keep in mind that cleaning a fireplace is not only a yearly maintenance that should be done for cleanliness but also for safety. Creating a fire in your home is serious business that calls for ideal conditions to ensure both the air you breathe is smoke free and that there is no risk of fire.
That being said, the issue began with my initial appointment being missed all together. I was scheduled for a 4 hour window for which I took time away from work to be present for. I waited patiently until the window had come and gone. I called the number provided on my voucher and received a person on the other line who stated they would reach out to the tech and would get back a hold of me. After another hour and a half passed, I received a call from the person at the office who indicated that apparently they had my incorrect telephone number written down and the wrong address as well.
I rescheduled for two days following. This time I did receive a call to confirm my address and the arrival time from the technician. Upon arrival, the two workers remained outside of my house for roughly 10 minutes either doing paperwork or prepping to come in. After coming to the door, they introduced themselves and showed their badges (appropriate customer service behavior). From this point forward it declined even further:
— One tech smelled strongly of cigarette smoke (assuming he was having one right before entering the house). When arriving the person I assume was the senior of the two used his cell phone light to quickly investigate the small fireplace in my living room. This same tech also asked if he could use my restroom (I was okay with but a bad customer service practice) and then asked if he could borrow some paper towels to dry his hands.
He then asked what kind of voucher, coupon or payment I had. I pulled up my voucher on my phone and showed it to the tech as the voucher indicated I could and was still made to print a copy to give to him. He asked what level of service it was for and I stated it indicated a full inspection and cleaning. He stood from the fireplace and said «We’ll clean it out and you need some sealant along the bottom. That will be $ 39». From that point the cleaners opened what looked like a new fish-​rod style chimney brush which was put together and rammed up the chimney. For a total of 4 mins (I timed) the cleaner brushed the pipe. The other guy went outside to run the vacuum hose into the house and suck up the creosote. At that point a tube of high temp sealant was used, very sloppily along the bottom edge of the fireplace wall tiles inside to keep embers from falling between the tiles and behind the fireplace inset. At that point I was asked how I would pay for the service. I mentioned I would pay for the sealant but that I had questions about the damper in particular. They had not even noticed that the damper had been taped shut with blue painters tape to close it during the summer. He removed it and said not to tape it (I actually didn’t do it, my wife did. We lived in the house 2.5 years and have never used the chimney — all the more reason why we are wanting to make sure it is done safely. That and we have a 13 month old baby in the house.)
The cleaner then showed me the damper, how I could «rig» it to get it to close. I also asked if he or his service could provide an estimate for glass doors and was referred to Home Depot or Lowe’s to go get some. «Just measure it and put them in yourself».
As I paid for the service, I went with them to their vehicle outside. The younger of the techs was sitting with the door open, smoking another cigarette in the passenger seat cab of the truck while the senior tech talked on his phone. He remained on his phone during the entire «purchasing» process which included him pointing to where I needed to fill out the invoice, stayed on the phone as I scanned my debit card and used my PIN, and he remained on the phone, should to phone to ear, all the way up to tearing the invoice apart (which ripped) and giving me my copy and half waving goodbye without even saying anything about the service, or thank you, etc.
This was a horrible experience. $ 90 voucher, another $ 44 for sealant (which is $ 14 at Home Depot and the chimney brush another $ 29 to purchase). This is a very heavily inflated «deal» for the service that was provided. In and out in less than 11 minutes. $ 134. That is $ 730.91/hr.
My damper was not inspected, the creosote coating the walls inside not cleaned, the sealant was haphazardly applied, no inspection of the flue or chimney exterior of the house where a birds nest is currently half blocking the exhaust, poor scheduling, extremely disappointing customer service and an insult to my idea of safety and benefit of a Living Social «deal.

Absolutely the worst company. I only intended to get my vents blown out and ended up spending over $ 900. Jerry said I had mold to which I did question and even looked up the issue while they were feeding me this BS. It said to do a tape test and when I mentioned that to him and he said «huh?», I should have run or better yet looked up all these other reviews on this site and then definitely would have said to them get the f!$% out of my house. But apparently just a bad break. $ 770 to do a complete clean of my air ducts plus $ 59 for sealant (which was never discussed and his bogus fee to cover the supposed free santizer he so graciously gave me for carpet cleaning and then $ 63 for brushing the vents… was that not included in the $ 770 you just charged me??? Never again and this company needs to be shut down. I do not recommend them to anyone and based on the consistent negative reveiws you would think this guy would finally know that his customers know he is a joke and that his unethical and non biblical principals in the way he scams people and conducts business will soon place him where he belongs. It’s only a matter of time till these types of people are made to pay for their wrong doings.

Absolutely the WORST service! We hired them to come out and clean our air-​ducts and they no-​showed us. We had to call them to find out that they weren’t coming. We can understand that things happen, so we rescheduled the following week and they said the tech would be at our home by 10am and again no show. We called them again and they wanted us to reschedule. Who has the extra vacation time to spend 3 days off of work to wait for a company that may not show up? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They can’t stand by their own commitments and don’t seem to really care that they have inconvenienced us. For a service company they sure don’t seem to understand service. Makes us question how good of a job they would have actually done if they actually showed up. Save yourself the frustration and use someone else.

Rip-​off company. I hired them for carpet cleaning. They’ll give you a cheap quote on phone based on coupon and come to your home then and say your rooms are too big.
I was moving out so they knew I had no time to send them back and Jerry Y.A.S tells me he is just an employee and has to follow the ‘rules’. He’ll bend the rules for you by spraying little spot cleaner and make it sound like a big favor.

Please save your time and money and go elsewhere! This is a small company that is making up for poor company hiring and management by scamming their customers. The one and only Technician, Jerry, came to my house after I purchased a Coupon from the internet and proceeded to scam me out of too much money and never showed me before or after pictures — which is their big claim. When I asked to see them he told me he just deleted them… SCAM. He also left a huge mess and the work he did do was wasn’t done properly and now I have to have another company come clean up his mess. Jerry’s big scam is to say you have mold growing in your ducts… it’s a buzz word and he knows it, but never shows you proof. The Owner refused to assist me in any way and refused to refund me the portion of the money I was scammed. I wasn’t even asking for the full amount back. Poor customer service and scamming will lead to this companies demise. I wish I had googled this company. The BBB has several complaints on them and the internet is full of bad reports. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Here I stand looking at my carpet a week later, and I’m wondering WHAT did I pay for last week! I used a mailed advertisement ad and booked my appt. for duct cleaning. Long story short I should’ve known something was wrong when prices are not given over the phone. 225.00 for carpet cleaning, b/​c I need the «deep cleaning” – what? Somehow I allowed myself to pay 300.00for everything and now I feel the remorse! My high traffic areas still look horrible!
The men were both nice, though. I’m just convinced there was no such thing as a deep cleaning! I will definitely read reviews before I get it cleaned again!
Ohh…their hoses turned our grass yellow where they were placed, and they charge 3% for credit cards! I’d look elsewhere next time!

Well, Yissah-​Berachah-​Mehet comes into my house and begins by telling me that the carpet cleaning special does not include prespot or anything else, just steam clean. No vacuum of carpets either. First red flag! Then while talking with him about which method I want to do, he calls me a «jew lady» Yes, that is correct! Last, while cleaning my bedroom, he tells me that I need to relax and take it easy and not get upset with him! Really??? Hmmmmm!

I really wish i could give these NEGATIVE 5. I bought a living social voucher for $ 89 for a «full chimney cleaning». They told me they’d be there between 11 – 1. They showed up at 5, after multiple calls from me wondering what’s going on. When they finally got to my house they told me that «full chimney cleaning» really means sweeping the chimney w/​a broom, something which my dog can do. So, like an idiot I ponied up an extra $ 159 for them to actually wash the chimney. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS COMPANY! If you want to pay $ 90 to spend 6 hours waiting for a dude to spend 5 minutes sweeping your chimney, than go ahead and buy their groupon or living social voucher!
