Waitress was horrible. When we were placing our order. She kept walking away so we couldn’t finish it. She never once refilled our drinks. We had to ask another waiter to do it. The only time she did fill our drinks was when we stood up to leave them she refilled them. But we were leaving and she still filled them? Other customers were complaining how bad she was amd the manager soul don’t come over to Amy tables to ask why. 2nd time in over 10 years we’ve had bad service. Food was bad. Cold and not complete. Mostly because she wouldn’t listen.

So I’m giving this a ONE. came in on December 5th at 9ish. should’ve read the reviews beforehand at this certain location. It all started when we first came in, the little lady, the hostess totally dissed us for seating her skin colored people first I mean even the guy being seated stared at me cause they were being seated first, while the manager or who ever he was left to get menus. My dad at that point wanted to leave, but I told him its ok he just went to get more menus. So we sat down our waiter came quickly and got our drink orders ANOTHER down fall. we ordered 2 coffees and 1 sweet tea. THATCOFFEETHOUGH! DOTHEYWARMITUPINTHEFREAKINGMICROWAVE? Be aware that our waiter had told us it’ll be a while because he had to brew it. paaahhh! I could literally put my finger in there and it’d came out ice cold! Womp, womp! My mom literally gagged on it, my dad forcefully drinked it. The tea was good though, yea sure. So after our drinks we waited about 20 min for our food, my dads order came wrong he wanted a double cheese with onion rings got literally the total opposite, my moms steak salad tasted like liver, and my sliders. blaah! I really hope your cooks get paid 9 an hour! And thats being nice. You see I’m a cook aswell, and for that type of food man oh man, I’d pay my them 7. We’ve been to other chili’s and the foods been more decent. Anyways, a little more training in service down to the kitchen and this place will be alright. But for now, never coming here, my first and last time!

I came here on the request of my kids since they had been wanting to try their burgers, and other sides that they’ve been seeing the commercials. And as a Father, all I want is to see the smiles on their faces as they’re enjoying their time out of the house. As for the grownups, the experience was WHACK. From the get go, the hostess made us wait for at least 15 to 20 minutes to be seated in an almost empty restaurant. It seemed that the restaurant was going through a shift change or something… not quite sure. The staff seemed to be dragging ass… like they hated their job,(believe me, I wouldn’t want to do this type of job either. But, if this is temporary type of job for you as you’re waiting for your dream job to come true… at least take some pride on doing it correctly and with some positive vibe). Our waitress was courteous, and helpful on the selections of the menu. But, everything else fell apart form the ordering of the food. It took about 15 minutes to get our drinks… but for the sake of my kids, I decided to ignore this and keep a positive attitude. We got our appetizers shortly, they were greasy and somewhat bland. Our waitress seemed to be in another World… she was non-existing. We got more attention from other waiters that were attending other tables than our very own. Once our food was delivered by another waiter, we started to calm down a bit and make the best of our given scenario. What’s funny is that this waiter could see my frustration on my face that she asked if she could do anything to make my evening a better one. What a sweat lady she was… that I just smiled back and told her that her concern had made me feel more at ease. The food was okay, it was bit greasy and it lacked freshness… it almost tasted like microwave type of food. I could of stayed at home for this type of food. Well, as our experience came to an end… I paid for our food and of course, I even tipped our lost waitress that only showed up to bring us the bill. We asked for some to go cups of tea and she gladly stated that they would come shortly. That shortly never came that we decided to just go. As we were exiting the restaurant, I could clearly see why our waitress was taking FOREVER to get our drinks. She was attending to her friends at the bar as if she was part of that event that was being held there. FU$% this Chili’s…that’s all I can say about this place, and their staff. Note: The ONLY thing that saved me from exploding is that they offer these games for .99 cents. Which kept my kids entertained or else they would have driven me crazy if they would be complaining about how long the food was taking to get to us. I say thank you for that, Chili’s…everything else, it SUCKED!!!

I had an excellent time at this restaurant. Since the time we were seated everyone was so accomadating. I order a bacon burger with bacon on the side. Unfortunately my order came out incorrect. I wasn’t to bothered by it but they insisted on correcting it. This the best service I received in a very long time. Keep up the job.

Ok. So you know what you’re gonna get at Chili’s. It’s the same menu as any other. What sets this location apart is the customer care. They take the trouble to actually listen to you tell them how you want your burger. Then, they go to the kitchen and explain it to the cook. End result? A really great burger, cooked just the way you like it. For me, that’s medium rare, no sauce or onions with mayo on the side and garlic pieces from the pickles. But it doesn’t matter. My hubby likes his medium well and with extra veggies. He gets it just the way he likes it, too. That’s why I’m affording 5 stars. The food is what it is, and for what it is, it’s good. The preparation and customer service here earn the stars every time.

THEWORSTSERVICEANDFOOD I HAVE EVEr HAD! Our waiter to begin with introduced herself and said her and«ken» we’re going to be our servers for the day… ken didn’t help one bit! She came by 1 time to refill our drinks. I had only water and my grandparents has softe drinks. We got one refill thru our entire meal. our food was horrible. We ordered crispy shrimp tacos, burger bites and ribs. The burger bites seemed like all they did was reheat the meat and serve it on a hot plate. Our plates were hotter than our food. We waited for our food for a good 30 minutes, just for it to be served cold. Our waitress only busted one time to ask how our food was and processes to help the other tables and laugh with them. This Chili’s really ruined my experience of ever going to another one.

Today was the first time I’ve been to a Chili’s in over 10 years, and the experience was not what I hoped it would be. Food: In the old days, I remember a generous Chili’s burger, about a half pound, nicely seasoned and cooked to order, with a nice pile of steaming hot fries. Today, I ordered the double burger lunch special, and found far too little meat for the big, puffy, flavorless bun. How about losing the double burger illusion, and returning to a single generous solid burger, pretty please? For toppers, the salad was starting to turn brown and shrivel. The fries were decent, the best part of this lunchtime meal. Service: Terrible. The restaurant was about 20% occupied at noon, and there were three service people on board. It took forever to get our order taken, and to get the bill. For the time of day, this performance was borderline unforgivable. Ambiance: I have noticed this Chili’s getting multiple facelifts over the years, and the inside space was pleasant, clean, and bright. I will not be returning to, or recommending this place anytime soon, sadly.

Usually decent food but tonight’s phone in to go order was a nightmare. Food sat there for 15 minutes in plane sight as I waited for it. Got home and steak was so under cooked I had to cook it. Every single thing we got was ice cold. We think the to go staff was new. Will avoid to go till they get the staff trained up on getting the orders out the door or wait in person for to go orders.

We were seated and didn’t see our server for a while. When she did come she walked away from us while we were still ordering or speaking every time. She brought the wrong drinks every time, and one of those times my hisband took a drink, tasted it was tea and not coke he had, and then she PICKEDUPTHATDRINKANDBROUGHTITTOANOTHERTABLE! The manager brought out our orders and mine was wrong(I ordered a crispy beef taco but got a beef enchilada) so I let him know what it should have been and a long time later he brings out a beef enchilada. I let him know it was still wrong and he argued that I didn’t specify; I told him I did specify — twice now. My husband asked for sour cream and it necer came so we caught the manager and got some. Literally 12 minutes after asking our server she comes back and says our sour cream will be out in a minute. I had to wander to the bar and beg for to-go boxes.

This is my new favorite location. The wait staff is very attentive and friendly. They know how to check on you just enough, but not over due it. I’ve only had one issue with a carry-out order, but other than that, they are always ready when I arrive.

Chili’s has changed their menu and has some nice surprises. This location is nice and clean and service was great. I’m usually not a big fan of Chili’s and haven’t been in many years. However I just might return.

Chili’s: It’s a Chain Restaurant™ This slowly became a family default over two years. You knew what to expect. We could call in our order and the person actually recognized us by name or order. Not any more. Now«18 minutes» to get there and pick it up is «18 minutes + another half an hour of awkward standing around in a small space with 8 other guys with hungry families waiting on them.» Then the food quality is slipping. I know chain restaurants have good/bad cycles, but this has become too much. I think it’s time to find a new default.

What’s there to say about a chilis? This place is about the same as most. Its clean, the service is spot on and for me the location is perfect. Can’t beat a 3.99 Margarita on Sundays ;)

This Chili’s is right by my house and I was really surprised to see I had not reviewed them before. Normally we go here for good«home style» cooking in an inexpensive atmosphere. I know it’s a chain, but it’s definitely one of the better chains out there and I specifically love this location because the staff are always friendly even though the place is consistently packed. For appetizers we almost always get their skillet queso and chips. This is a very unique queso and I’ve never had anything like it anywhere else. It’s almost like a chili con queso, but done in a different way because it’s not very thick. I really recommend it though because it’s SO flavorful. Our normal fare is one of their southern style dishes. Specifically, we love their Chicken Fried Steak. It is sooooo amazing and their mashed potatoes and gravy go very well with it. This is definitely not low calorie though, and you can taste it in how DELICIOUS it is. We’ve also had their chicken crispers, but these can sometimes be so salty you can’t even eat them. As a person who loves french fries, Chili’s definitely makes it in my top 10 for their french fries which are seasoned very well. For the health conscious(hubby and I are trying to be more healthy) I highly recommend their Margarita Chicken. Skip the black beans, because they’re watery and not yummy, but the chicken is SO flavorful and really has a strong citrus taste that adds a lot to the grilled chicken. I also like their rice and the little tortilla strips add a lot to the texture of the dish. Seriously, some of the best customer service you’ll receive at a restaurant, and when you can combine that with well made food, you have a winner!

We’ve been there a few times and always had a vanilla experience. The food is passable, if a bit overpriced for the quality. The drinks tend to be watery. Last time we went it was over $ 40 and I had 3 sliders and the wife had a salad or something, plus 2 drinks. Not worth it. The food is predictably boring, but predictable.

I had no intentions of reviewing a chilis. However, I experienced such friendly, attentive, excellent service I just had to let people know. Also, the food was excellet, perfectly seasoned vegetables and meat. I really have zero complaints. And if I lived in the area, I’m sure I’d be a frequent customer.
