Not really sure how many stars to give, so I gave 3 for ok but not great. This place is mainly a drive-through location. So for that purpose they could get 5 stars as they are busy and the food is quite good, as most Chic-Fil-A’s are. On the inside, though, there are literally only 4 seats! They do have outdoor seating, so as long as it’s not a blistering day or freezing outside, guess that’s great. I just prefer to sit inside during my meals.

Came to this location for the 1st time today. Aparently it’s a newer place. Like other reviews have stated, seating is outside only. That’s gonna suck in the summer during the day. I have to say though, the staff was SUPER friendly. Welcomed everyone as they got to the counter and even brought out the food to our table. Never have I had that happen before. They even walked around outside and refilled people’s drinks. I was very impressed by all of this. I got a 4 piece strips with a Fanta Apple drink. The drink surprised me and was a good flavor. Don’t forget to ask for Chick-Fila sauce or Polynesian sauce. Kudos to the staff and management here, yall did an EXCELLENT job.

As I’ve written before, I don’t normally review chain restaurants, but my experience this morning at this Chick-fil-a merits an exception. I usually get some breakfast goodies for my office on Fridays, and I figured my folks might be getting tired of doughnuts and breakfast burritos. I decided to drop by Chick-fil-a to see if they could help me out. I walked in with no advance notice and dropped a pretty darned big order on them. They didn’t bat an eye… said they could get me on my way in 10 minutes. They offered me a cup of coffee since I was having to wait, which I thought was very kind of them, particularly since I had ambushed them with a big order. The staff was so nice and helpful. While I was waiting I looked around and couldn’t help but notice how impressively clean the place was… it was spotless. The place is an interesting set up… different from other CFA’s I’ve been in. Relatively little indoor seating, but it had a large, very nicely decorated patio. I had my food in under ten minutes and was on my way. I wish all businesses were as customer service oriented as this place is. My staff raved about the breakfast, by the way.

From 1946 south Atlanta Georgia to present day, Chick-fil-A has been serving up convenient southern fried chicken, their own way. This almost one year new location is perfectly located off Interstate 30 and smack dap near a Wal Mart Super Center. With indoor as well as outdoor seating areas, there is a perfect spot to sit and enjoy their fare. Tonight I tried their summer zesty creamy, Frozen Lemonade drink. There is a regular option or a diet one, with Splenda as it’s sweetner. My simple chicken sandwich was fresh, hot, and well appreciated. Next time. will ask for my chicken to be a bit more crispier, I am always craving texture galore. To my shock, there wasn’t any condiment. I guess this makes the order and delivery process quicker. Inside, everything was clean & orderly. Cannot wait to come back and sit on their patio. They also have a double drive through.

Although I hate the small weird environment, it’s kept clean and there’s actually plenty of room to sit outside when the weather permits. I’ve been there twice and each time my food was really great — way tastier for some reason relative to other CFAs that I’ve been to.

Great customer service and highly competent staff. My weekly favorites are the chicken tortilla soup & the Market Salad. When I ask for my meal to be customized for my gluten-free option they gladly do it. The managers, owner and staff are great individuals that care about the community, staff, and putting forth the best work ethic. And don’t be discouraged by drive through only the service is excellent and now have have bar stools inside.

The first Chick-Fil-A that I’ve ever been to or have seen that has no dine-in area. BUT there is an outdoor patio that sits around 50ish people? Very different concept, but I like it. I don’t want to comment on the actual food itself since this is a fast food chain and every location varies upon too many different factors. However, I had no complaints and my food came out tasting just like every other location. Well first of all, location, I love that they opened up here that could cater to everyone in the surrounding areas. My BF lives in South Irving and this location is roughly 6 – 8 minutes away compared to driving towards north Irving off Beltline. Also, it’s right off the highway which is a plus if you’re traveling into or out of Dallas on I-30. Another point I’d like to add is that it’s CLEAN! I know a lot of locations are nice and well kept, however I guess the way this one is set up, just makes it look spotless(probably because it’s outside dining only). To elaborate more on this, just as stated earlier, it would sit about 50 – 60 people. Honestly, I wouldn’t sit outside ever in the Texas heat, but tonight felt good so we ate dinner outside with no problems. All in all, I had a good experience here for the first time. The manager on duty was kind, gave us multiple refills, and even took our trash when we were about to leave. A+ location if you live in the area, or on the go passing by.

I’ve only been here during breakfast time, but I am so done with DFW Chick-fil-As and their breakfast burritos! The burrito was fine. What wasn’t fine is that they left out the salsa! Helloooo??? This is the second location that I’ve been to that has done that and I have had many breakfast burritos in Chick-Fil-A’s hometown and never once had to request salsa. I want my salsa! Other than that, this location is rather small and it mostly caters to drive-thru customers. The drive-thru has 2 lanes that merge into one, but I’ve only ever seen one lane open in the mornings. The speed is a little bit slower than what I have come to expect from Chick-Fil-A, but since this location is new they may still be working out some kinks. I’ve also tried the new iced coffee and the first time I was really impressed and ready to say farewell to the Mermaid next door. However, the next time there was way too much creamer and the third time the iced coffee was just watery. This Chick-Fil-A is A-OK, but not the best or the most consistent. Hopefully it will get better with time, but I appreciate them opening at this location.

I came to this new Chick-Fil-A location and as usual the drive thru is crowded, inside is crowded, and service is excellent. What is unusual is this location does not have an inside dine-in. There are tables outside on the patio but that’s it. This is the only location that I am aware of that has this concept. I like it because I am always the on-the-go type of guy and I eat quickly. The sandwiches are very good and is what I come to expect from Chick-Fil-A. Customer service is awesome and staff are very friendly. Drive thru is long but goes fast from what I observed. I highly recommend this location if you want some great Chicken sandwiches but remember it is outside dining only. I will be back here again if I am in the area.
