Pure Chaos from the bday program to the bill for items over budget, not a bit engaging with the children. never again.

My 6 year old daughter wanted to come here for her treat for making good grades on her report card. She knew what kind of bear she wanted to build as soon as she came in the door but I still made her look at all the selections anyway. She still picked what she wanted. Everything else is routine. get it stuffed, wash it. Now the fun part. picking out clothes! After you dress your bear go to the computers and make the birth certificate. Simple but sooo fun for the kids. I would have given this review 5 stars but I didn’t because they needed more associates at work that day. Regardless we will be back again

The name says it all, you get to BUILD A BEAR! In some case a hello kitty, panda, dog, bunny… you get the point. You pick out the«shell» and then take it over to the stuffing station! THey will stuff it either firmly or soft… however you want it. Before sewing him/her up you get his heart and you rub it on your stomach so he doesn’t go hungry, on your head so he’s smart, on your heart so he’s never lonely… some other things can’t remember them all. I thought that was the cutest thing ever! You then take it over to clean it under air and can brush it out. You proceed to the dressing room area. This is where it can get expensive. However the smart idea will be to get your child a gift card and let them choose what they want with the money they have. It will amaze you how cautious they are when it’s «their» money. After you are done you get a birth certificate and they put it in a box. I would say for the bear and accessories it would cost you around 50 bucks. It’s the experience but also a bear exactly how you want it.

I can’t believe this place hadn’t been reviewed. I took my 5 year old niece here and she had a blast. It’s such a simple concept, but the staff is so sweet, they make it so much fun for the kids. The animals are a bit pricey, but the smile and experience was worth every penny. Instead of going to a large retailer and getting something everyone has, I think it makes the moment and, ultimately, the bear or animal, more special and more valuable to the child. I would highly recommend this place for any parent or for the kid who has everything.
