Other signature items include handmade gluten-​free, lard-​free brisket tamales, Jonny’s Spicy Jalapeño Salsa, Sweet «n Mild Barbecue Sauce, Wasabi Horseradish sauce and sweet vinegar coleslaw. History

Established in 2009.

Brisket Heaven started with a booth at the farmers market at Firewheel Town Center in Garland. Over the past two years we have sold our scrumptious brisket at several other markets in the area and by home and office delivery. We are continuing to add new products and to work toward the opening of a storefront operation.
