This Benefit Brow Bar changed my whole experience I had a horrible experience at another location. The staff here is amazing they are so friendly and very informative. Morgan did my eyebrows and they looked amazing (my boyfriend complimented me on them) Grayce was very sweet and taught me how to use my brow zing kit that I previously purchased. She also showed me new products and products that I must own that they carry. I live about 45 minutes away but I will definitely continue to make the drive just because of the amazing customer service I received that day.

Visiting from San Francisco I happend to drive by the Preston plaza and the big pink sign called my attention. I walked inside and all of the girls and guy were very welcoming. The store manager, Moe, walked me though a brow mapping session and instantly fell in love. I wish I could have put him in my luggage and brought him back with me to SF. #greatmusic #goodatmosphere #veryclean

My eyebrows have been a train wreck since August 2014. I had them waxed like I usually do, but they ended up too thin. I figured they’d grow back like they usually do. WRONG! For some reason I have several bald spots that STILL haven’t grown in to this day. After walking in eyebrow-​induced shame everyday for over a year, I finally decided to let someone try to fix them after attempting to grow them out.
I went to benefit and Elysiah instantly told me I had great brows and that I would be fine. She handed me over to Janelle who waxed them for me and they looked great! She found the great shape hidden within my brows! Unfortunately, I still had the bald spots to deal with. Cue in Elysiah to the rescue! She showed me how to fill them in and recommended some great products that were user friendly to a makeup novice such as myself.
I seriously can’t stop looking at my brows! Thank you, benefit for giving me the full eyebrows I’ve always wanted!

I came to get a lip and brow wax and I was not only impressed by the beautiful storefront and friendly staff but especially by my aesthetician Charlie. It was very apparent Charlie not only knew what she was doing but was an expert. There is something to be said about someone that takes pride in their work and takes the time to do it right the first time. I will without a doubt be coming back!

Came here to get my eyebrows shaped and fixed. The ladies there were very nice and welcoming, and Chelsea explained how the eyebrow shaping works before she started. She did a fantastic job and I’ll definitely be coming back! You can get your makeup done and try free samples and stuff afterwards. This place is right next door to sprinkles!
