I needed a locksmith to come to our house today and Bee’s Keys sent someone to my house today. Unfortunately, my cell phone was not working and the Key repairman was so nice that he waited for me to get to my house. I highly recommend Bee’s Keys — they are the best!

Bees Keys saved our road trip. Super helpful, they opened our ski box (we lost the key) and we got replacement keys. Great customer service!

After two attempts to get a duplicate key made for my apartment at Home Depot with no avail I tried Bee’s Keys. In and out in less than 5 minutes, friendly and professional staff, and the keys work perfectly. Will definitely be returning for key needs in the future.

Very friendly staff, and was able to cut my Land Rover key in just a few minutes. This was a blank key bought on amazon, and still they had no trouble. Thanks to Philip at Lowe’s on Lemmon for the recommendation! I will definitely come back next time I need a quality locksmith.

I went in to get a copy of my 1998 Toyota 4Runner ignition key (my ignition and locks are two separate keys) Walmart and Home Depot were unable to help with this. Bees keys did it in 3 minutes tops no questions asked. They even walked me to my car to make sure the key worked smoothly. And it only cost about $ 4. Highly recommended.

I never expected a key shop/​locksmith to be super busy any time of the week, let alone smack dab in the middle of the weekday afternoon, but they were. Good sign I guess. The issue that brought me here was rather simple: needed a duplicate key made for our townhome courtyard. The owner greeted me right away, asked one of the guys in the back to assist me since he was helping another customer. About two minutes and a $ 7 charge later, I had a copy was off on my way. Fast, friendly, and local. They did their job well and much better than your typical hardware store. I tried Lowe’s and Home Depot at first without success. Both hardware stores had self-​operated machines that lacked the capability to duplicate this sort of key. Save yourself time and just go here first.

I don’t know why anyone would give them a good review. I was told they would come between 11 and 1. When no one appeared, I called and was told I said for them to come between 4 and 6 when their locksmith called. He never called me. Later they called and said no one would be coming because I chewed their locksmith out. I never spoke to him! Some way to run a business— into the ground.

Probably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Very knowledgeable in everything security. In both times I’ve been in I’ve seen them either discount or give free services due to customer circumstances. These guys can’t be beat. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Will never go anywhere else.

Quick and friendly service. Parking is only out front and backing onto Inwood is kind of a nightmare, but for keys that will work the first time, I’ll deal.

Warning! They close at 5 and don’t bother leaving a message. I left two messages on two different days with no call back. I finally reached them and they could not work around my schedule. After 4pm house calls are considered doubly pay!!! Quality of merchandise might be good but they could use a lesson in customer service.

Went to 2 home improvement stores and 2 different places to get duplicate keys to what must clearly be the most unique key in Dallas before coming to Bee’s. They had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Parking is iffy — — get your soul right before backing out into Inwood so say a rosary and go for what you know.

Real hit or miss on the customer service over the last 5 years. Most recently, I was there at 5:00 sharp and they had already locked the door. Employees and even a customer inside and they would not open the door and take 1 minute to make me a key. I think they have been riding on the laurels for a long time. Sad this used to be a great locksmith that prided themselves on good service.

I have an old car… and a little piece of the cover (no idea why its plastic) that covers the key-​cylinder broke off and fell into the lock… which meant I couldn’t get the key in and would have to lock/​open the door by going through the passenger’s side.
I brought my car to Bee’s Keys… one of the polite employees brought a couple of tools out with him, twiddled away at it… and in a few minutes was able to get the key working again. Didn’t even charge me for it b/​c it was just a couple of minutes of his time and didnt cost the store anything.

My car key broke off in my door. My only spare was too wide for my ignition but fit my door. (Same key though) I first called a different company and gave them my year make and model. 130 starting price because it needs a computer chip and they have to come to me. I posted my dismay on Facebook and a friend told me about Bee’s Keys and got a ride up there with my oversized spare. The guy told me it does NOT have a chip and cut me a better one. «Try this and of it works come back and I’ll get the piece from your door.» Since it was a risk he didn’t charge me and it worked! I’m going back to get the part removed and three copies made! There customer service was beyond good and they have plenty of facinating things to look at while they work. Two thumbs up!

BE SURE YOU GET THE QUOTE IN WRITING!!! Personable women scheduled the re-​key appointment and quoted me $ 55 trip charge, $ 15/​lock, 4 locks, $ 115 for the job. Locksmith called me while en route. So far, so good. Locksmith arrived about 15 minutes late. It happens — not a big deal. Kind of curmudgeonly when he arrives. Ok, I’m thinking, maybe a bad day. Still, not a big deal. Finished the job on time. Good again. Locksmith then tells me that the bill comes to over $ 250! Not good, really not good. I debate, telling him that this is over twice what I was quoted on the phone. Grumpily, he agrees to whittle the charge down to $ 200~. I state that I will pay what I was quoted. He angrily refuses. I paid him $ 200 to get him off my property. Guess he decided to give himself a huge tip that day. I will NEVER use them again.

Quick, friendly, professional, the key copies always work! Cause it pisses me off when they don’t. They seem to provide a vast array of services. Great location except backing out onto Inwood. Just take a deep breath and hope people stop.

The service at Bee’s Keys is top-​notch. They’re friendly, helpful, and honest. I’m always amazed at how they are able to copy any key imaginable. Anyone who has ever spent money for a copied key that ended up not working can understand how frustrating this can be. My whole family comes here all the way from Fort Worth to make key copies because it’s so incredibly reliable.
I last visited Bee’s Keys because my car key had broken, AGAIN. Fed up with paying the dealership $ 100 for a new key, I bought a key online and brought it to BK. While copying the key, my key actually broke their machine. Instead of being annoyed at having to change out the blade, they apologized for the wait (no biggie, as it was only 5 minutes), AND they didn’t charge me for making the copy.
Seriously, everyone should support these quality types of small mom and pops more often. Thank you, Bee’s Keys!
