Is it really closing? I hope not, I love the clothes here also!

I’m so upset. Arden B is closing!!! My all time favorite store for HOT dresses and clothes!!! So. Upset.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. This rating has nothing to do with the clothes. There is a very particular assistant manager at this particular location who assured me that they had a 14 day return policy the day I went in (my first time even shopping at this store). So I bought the clothes, went home and tried them on. They weren’t very flattering on me and I decided to return them. When I went back to the store 10 days later to return these items, that same assistent manager refused to take them back because she said she could smell a hint of a perfume on the clothes (I had just come from LUSH, everything on and around me smelled like their products). The store policy states: 14 days, tags on, unwashed, and undamaged. These clothes clearly fell under all three.
Her reasoning for refusing the return was ridiculous. I drove to another Arden B. location and they took the clothes back without any question or arguments. And when I told them what happened at the Galleria location, they apologized (which was kind) but it still didn’t make up for the fact that I had to go 20 minutes out of my way and back to complete this errand).

Having a gorgeous wife who loves clothes and shoes, I keep up with what is trendy, fashionable, but affordable. Arden B offers ladies all three without compromising.
Not all Arden B stores are managed the same… some seem to have their inventory all over the store and are hard to navigate. The Arden B at the Galleria however seems to have both their customer service and their inventory management down to a science, making shopping there very easy and pleasurable.
The sales ladies here are always attentive and friendly without making you feel uncomfortable or acting too «snooty». They graciously helped my wife try on over 15 dresses during one visit with no pressure to buy or any «hurry up and pick one!!!» attitude.
This store does offer clothes which are very body conscious, so if you’re not comfortable with tight, form defining clothes, you may not enjoy your experience.
Tip: sign up for their rewards card to earn discounts and online coupons. Also be sure to check the store’s «Clearance» areas for inexpensive alternatives and fun clothes worth trying for the price.
