The Limited

With this review, I want to send a big thank you to Tiffany and Michelle at The Limited at the Galleria Mall. I went to the store with some co-​workers for a private event. Tiffany and Michelle were fantastic hostesses. They had a rack prepared for us with outfit ideas that we could take from the office to evening.
They asked me what I liked and what I was looking for and then they chose a bunch of items they thought I would like and filled a fitting room for me. (They did the same for my co-​workers too.) Not all of their suggestions hit the mark, but they got me to try on things I never would have even looked at and I ended up buying a few pieces that I love and that will help me to brake out of my boring same old, same old style.
Michelle was extremely well versed on all of the specials and discounts and took time to explain everything to me to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. Before this trip, I thought that the Limited was a little pricey, but once I understood the specials, everything was a bargain. She also explained that they could order things online for me if the store was out of stock and I would not have to pay shipping. And, they will hem all pants and skirts for free if you are a Limited cardholder. Yea!
I can’t say enough good things about this store. I will definitely be shopping here again in the near future.

It’s the lesser of two evils. I prefer to shop online from The Limited but sometimes it’s necessary to see something in person and try it on in the store. Other times, an item is sold out online so I seek to buy from a store. In these moments, I prefer The Limited store in the Galleria Mall over the chaos of the Northpark location. It’s a busy mall but you can get good parking (garage near Nordstrom and Belk) and park pretty close to this 2^nd floor store. My only issue is usually with the service. If I didn’t regularly scope things out online and already know what I wanted, they would make me not want to shop at The Limited.
I will say that Rickie (a young woman whose name I probably just misspelled and is a manager there) is consistently helpful so if you catch her working, be glad. Yesterday, I called ahead and learned that she was working but instead got «helped» by some loud and confused manager who insulted me and left me frustrated and annoyed. Rickie was on break. (Honestly, I’m assuming she was a manager because I got passed off to her by another girl because the original girl I met couldn’t do returns.) Anyway, the store isn’t usually crowded when I go so I just expect to get my questions answered pretty quickly. I also want them to be very aware of the stuff I find at their store online. One lady tried really hard to convince me that the Cassidy would fit me the exact same as the Lexie. Well, perhaps that genius should inform the brand’s designer so he or she can stop making my favorite Lexie fit pants and force me into the Cassidy, too!

**Dear The Limited, please don’t stop making the Lexie pants. It was a joke. Make more Lexie fit jeans. Please? Thanks**
As far as product, this location carries less stuff than the Northpark location. It seems they have less quantity and less styles (There are styles you will only find at Northpark). On the up side, the Galleria location has a much larger selection of sale items!
