Pretty disappointed. The print I ordered came out smudged, although the smudge faded after a couple days it didn’t save me much grief. I informed the employee of my budget for the print, and at the final order time I was asked, over the phone, what process I wanted used for my acrylic print. I asked what the difference was and she said, «Not much». Whether that referred to the final product or the price I did not know. I chose an option and she made no mention of the staggeringly higher price for the option I chose which exceeded my budget by over 200%. When she told me the final price she spoke very quickly. I heard 83. She said 283. I exclaimed that it was a great price and gave her My payment information. When I called later to ask why my card had been charged so much, they did nothing to help. The owner herself was rather rude and could have handled the situation better as well. She seemed to care less about her employee not following budget requests of the customers. You can get an equal quality and cheaper print at FastSigns.

I was very disappointed when I ordered from Alphagraphics. Yes, they did a good printing job, but their pricing is absolutely outrageous! When I met with an account manager, she said that our job was going to be very cheap(since it was only 45×7 post cards, only front sided) Guess how much they charged me? $ 48.60!!! When I called they said that every time they cut my paper, it cost $ 9.60… How does that even make sense? Also on top of that they charged me a $ 7.50 min. service fee. I just wish they would of told me beforehand that they would be doing that, because no, it was not communicated to me at all.

Will never use Alphagraphics again. Went in to get simple pads of paper with a name across the top. I was promised a proof that afternoon — I did not receive the proof until I contacted them the following week. The proof did not reflect anything we discussed at the initial order. I was not told of any typesetting charges, but was unpleasantly surprised to have a typeset charge on the final invoice. When I went to pick up the order, I was asked«did they call you.» Yes — someone had called me the day before! Each time I’ve interfaced with an employee(in person, email, etc.), no one seems to know what is going on. Very unprofessional.

Owner Sherry Perry goes out of her way to make sure print needs are taken care of quickly and perfectly. Much better customer service than Kinko’s.
