History
Established in 1968.
AHI Facility Services was started in 1968 by Billy Haws, the father of our current CEO, Traci Haws. AHI began as a local housekeeping and soft services provider helping commercial clients keep their facilities and offices clean and healthy.
After rapid growth in the 1980’s, AHI became established as a major player in the filed of facility services. Having won contracts with several fortune 500 companies both locally and across the nation, AHI now cleans and serves over 20 million square feet of commercial real estate and office space.

Traci H.
Business Owner
Traci is Owner and Chief Executive Officer of AHI. She is a graduate of University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in finance. She is also a graduate of Southwestern Paralegal (Institute) as a Certified Paralegal. Traci has been involved in the janitorial business for over 25 years. She is experienced in all aspects of the business and continues to lead the company’s growth and success strategies.
