History

Established in 2013.

We are a new pet grooming shop. We are excited to be on this journey and hope to create an environment where family and friends can come to create memories.

Our facility is unique in that we offer professional grooming and DIY wash centers for those who would like to bathe their precious babies themselves.

Our biggest hope, as owners, is to improve the quality of life for our associates and our community.

Jonathan and Sarah S.

Business Owner

Jonathan is a veteran who served in the US Marine Corp and US Air Force.

Sarah was raised in south GA. She is a graduate of GA State University where she obtained a Bachelor’s in Business Management in 2009.

Jonathan and Sarah married in 2011 and settled in Buford, GA.

«We wanted to start a business in the Buford/​Dacula area because this is where we will be raising our family. The vision for our business was established long before we ever opened– provide top notch service at a competitive price. Consumers should never have to settle for less, especially when it comes to caring for their loved ones.»

Kim did an AMAZING job on my rescue doggie! She is just too cute to describe. She was patient and loving, even though lucky HATES having her nails clipped, she took her time and reassured her she was ok. Took her time to find out exactly what I was wanting as she hadn’t been groomed professionally since I found her. I HIGHLY recommend her and the Bubbly Paw spa! WOW!!!

Do not go here! This place claims to have a professional «show dog groomer» but when I picked up my two male long-​haired dachshunds today, I pointed out how horribly uneven their haircuts were and they told me that the groomer had already left. What groomer leaves without making sure the customer is satisfied? They told me to bring the dogs back tomorrow and the groomer would fix them. Well, then when I got home I realized how badly cut up they were with several nicks and blood spots on their stomachs and near their private parts. I was very upset and immediately turned around to show them. I spoke with the owner and told him how upset I was, but they did nothing to accommodate or apologize. All they kept saying was, «bring them back tomorrow and the groomer can fix them.» Well, I’m definitely not bringing them back to a groomer that hurts my dogs! They have been licking their wounds all evening, so why would I take them back and subject them to that again. They are 4 years old and I take them at least twice a year to get groomed and this is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. I asked for at least a partial refund of the $ 90 I spent, and was declined even that. This place is awful, I do not even know how they are still in business.

The people were very nice but I was quoted one price and charged another… I didn’t fight because I was in a big hurry when I picked my dogs up. I also didn’t notice the bad cut job until later that night. My girl has a big bald spot under her ear, her who-​ha doesn’t look like it got trimmed at all but they sure did get her behind good. My boy is so chopped up all over. He has a few chunks of hair 2 inches longer than the rest. My dogs get pretty regular groomings for the last 2 years so I do t think that they would act up that bad. I am pretty upset that a spent $ 100 and didn’t get a good groom. Next time I will make sure I check for reviews.
