I scheduled an appointment to get the «tropical paradise» mani-​pedi with my daughter. It was 9:30 am and not busy at the time. We were promptly greeted and asked to choose our nail colors before being seated. There was no foot soak added to the pedicure water and the water was unusually hot. My feet were not fully exfoliated. The nail techs were light and swift throughout our 40 minute treatment. They performed the manicures while we were still seated in the pedicure chairs. It was uncomfortable to be asked to bring our hands over to one side during the manicure. Our nails were not filed, just buffed very briefly so the nails were not shaped at all. The uneven ridges of my nail beds were still very visible. The techs painted our nails leaving air bubbles, paint on the cuticles and some sides of our nails were completely missed. The tech who did my daughter’s nails actually removed ALL of her polish and started over, completely missing the base coat. I cut their tips to $ 5 each but I regret tipping them at all. As the day went on, our polish continued to chip until I decided to stop by our regular salon for polish changes.
It’s unfortunate that my daughter and I had such a bad experience on our birthday weekend. As a business owner, my goal is to offer all my clients, especially new ones, the absolute best in service. The owners of Tranquility obviously don’t care about the sub par service they provide and how it affects their bottom line.

Best mani/​pedi I’ve had in a long time. Prices were great and I didn’t feel like they were rushing. Everyone was friendly and the place was clean. I will return.

I sometimes use Groupon to find a deal for nail salons if I am in a new area. That is how I discovered Tranquility. I want to share that these lovely ladies are absolutely top notch! I drive over 20 miles to see them now, just because their services are so great! The salon is very clean, the staff is wonderfully warm, and they are some of the best at manicures, pedicures, and waxing. Their prices are GREAT! Love every one of their team, and I will continue to go there for my mani/​pedis. Thanks ladies!

This place is so much better under the new management. All of the staff was very nice and attentive and they did an amazing job on my nails!!! She took her time and made sure that everything was perfect. She paid attention to every little detail and my nails look beautiful. Loving my Christmas nails! Will definitely be back!

Second visit to Tranquility nails, did a refill on my nails with the colored powder. They are a little thick in my opinion, but they look shiny and my hands look great. Next time I will just do the acrylic powder and have my nails painted for a thinner nail. (that’s what they did on my sisters nails and hers look like they are her own nails)
Also decided to try the lash extensions
by Lisa and they look really natural, I am very happy with the outcome considering the bargain price. As for the staff everyone is really nice and attentive.

The first time I came here was to get my eye lash extensions done because I went to another place that did a horrible job across Barker Cypress.
Lisa did my eyelashes and did a phenomenal job — not one black glob of glue on either eye. You could not even tell they were not real. I have been going back to her ever since. Lisa has always taken care of me every time and she’s just an absolute sweetheart.
The last time I went was to get my eyelashes redone and to get some acrylic done and that was ALSO fabulous.
Not only do they do an awesome job but they also have discounts EVERYDAY. Monday-​Thursday is a biggest but they still have a discount in the weekend as well. They have a punch card for even MORE savings.
After having such awesome work here I refuse to try any other place out. Definitely worth giving a try!
