Terrible drive-thru experience. I understand that speaking to somebody through the intercom is difficult, but if the person on the other already sounds like Darth Vader with a thick Louisiana accent, it may be impossible to communicate. It got so bad that I had to pull up to the window to place my order. And the food was Sonic quality… It’s not bad, it’s Sonic bad.

Ordered a mixed cherry & rasberry slush with nerds candy… Ended up with a watered down slush with no nerds candy. Not to mention it took 15 minutes with only one person in front of us to get these slushies. Ridiculous.

Tried to give this location a few chances, but never gotten better. I don’t think they’ve ever gotten the order right on the first try. That’s after waiting 20 minutes for the food. Worst location I’ve ever been to.

This is the worst sonic I have ever been to. Every single time I have ordered it has been incomplete or downright wrong. I’ll never go back. Somebody from corporate should really fix this. I love sonic, but I won’t ever eat at this one ever again.

Worst Sonic in all of Houston. Sonic is my go to place at LEAST once a day, morning noon and night. I keep giving this particular one second chances and another second chance and each time major fail! I am currently waiting in the drive thru for the last fifteen minutes for my one beverage. Last time I waited in the stall for them to take my order and watched four cars order from the drive thru! What the heck man!

I gave it a star because it won’t let me chose less. Always a ridiculously long wait, no matter what time of day or night. You can pull up to a space and push the button, and as the time passes for someone inside to respond, you start to see others back out in frustration because they just do not respond(or want to) to the carhop service. I have called Sonic Corp Office several times, but for whatever reason doesn’t seem to be a change. I think it’s been there a year or more and we usually go to the Sonic 7 miles further because it’s quicker. Sad but true.

I’v been going to this sonic for about three years now. I can honestly say I have never had a good experience. I have had car hops demanding tips at my window, incorrect orders, drive threw ladies screaming at me, food thrown into my car. It never fails every time i get attitude or something is wrong. I only go to this location cause it is less than 5 minutes away from my house. Honestly i think sonic corp. should fire everyone in that store and replace them the service is beyond pathetic.

Waited 25 minutes for 2 drinks and 2 ice creams because they lost our order. When they finally brought it out it was wrong! Now I know why there was only 2 other people there! Never again!

We have tried to come to this location several times and almost every single time there is a problem. One time they were completely out of Diet Coke(It was during the week before happy hour… really?) They also didn’t know how to brew tea and had to redo it. A few weeks ago I came in for a hot fudge shake. They told us they’d make it, but we had to wait 15 minutes because they had to make… ice cream? Food is usually cold, service is slow, and the staff attitudes are always foul. We now avoid this location and will go out to Copperfield.

Have been to this location several times, usually for ice cream. Tonight ordered a couple of Oreo blast with extra oreos and it comes to us with just a tad sprinkled on top. It’s not even mixed in. Now, i know this isn’t a big deal, but this is their business. Not going back. Going to drive the extra distance to Dairy Queen from now on. But, I will say, the staff is always nice.

After a drastically long day in the scorching Houston sun the boys and I had to make a crapshoot decision between the golden arches of mickey dees and sonic. The boys stabbed me in the back and voted against mickey dees and went to sonic. Pulling up to the drive through we expected a peasant slave waiter to sing us modern tunes and do as we please. Instead, we got a simple voice box that left us feeling far away and isolated from the restaurant. Ordering 6 burgers and 12 chicken wraps we estimated a 30 second serving time at least. After waiting about a extra 15 seconds to be served food that smelled worse than my chihuahua’s butt hole, we were fed up and threw the food out of the window for the consumption of the foul beasts it belongs to. Btw they forgot one chicken wrap… Hence the one star. Freaking unbelievable!!! John Wall out.

I can’t speak about the food quality, since I didn’t order anything. I went here with my co-workers and, even though they were busy, it took 40 minutes for one of my co-worker’s Iced Tea to come. Even then, they had the order wrong. That’s all she ordered. An iced tea. Seriously, Sonic, step it up!
