Slowest jack everrrrrrrrrrr. Never fails. Literally been there 3 times and waited over 15 minutes to get my food and there was a piece of hair in it.

I love this location, sometimes there is a line especially right after school lets out. I come in here after my 9pm class. Never had an order done wrong, and the staff is really polite.

It’s not a terrible JIB, I’ve just been to better. The staff is friendly most of the time, but sometimes they mess up my order and I have to go back.

The only reason this place isn’t getting 1 star is because I have had no real problems using the drive-thru for a couple years. Yeah, I’ve got a 99 cent taco addition that needs treatment and now they’ve added those mini– sirloin burgers that are perfect for sharing with the kids when we just need a snack. Okay back to the review. I’ve been using the drive-thru for quite a while, no problems. The other day I took the kids there and we went inside to eat. OMG, I will never make that mistake again. First, it took several minutes for the multiple employees to acknowledge that there was a customer waiting to place an order. Kid comes over and takes our order, fine. We get our drinks and I leave my teenager there to get our food. Daughter and I go looking for a table. We initially tried to find a clean table then opted to find the«least dirty» table… and chairs. The chairs had something in the middle of the seat that looked like a dirty film. The tables were just dirty. Luckily I carry hand sanitizer with me and dropped a glop of it on the table and wiped it with napkins. I’m not a germaphob but this place was nasty. Food came, it was good as usual except for the mini-sirloin burgers. I’ve noticed these are hit and miss at various locations. The real attraction was the employees working and goofing while we ate. Just listening to them and the condition of the inside of the restaurant(using that term loosely) is enough to help me break my «Jack» habit this summer.
