After new management came in Lizz really made an impact. Had my orders taking care of right away. Thank you!

Small apartments, but wall to wall closet.
Painting peels off from the layers of paint.
No major problem with noise.
Waters is shut off 1 – 2 times a month.
When you shower you get a mix of too cold and too hot water, only 2 available for all residence.
When you report a problem, management sets date and time, however maintenance does not show up.
Pictures are catchy, need better gardeners.
The complex alone are peaceful but a street down in any direction is not too good of an area.
Smoke free.
Price is high for the overall quality of complex, management or maintenance.

Management and the new ownership is terrible! Read this before signing the contract and find out how they used bait and switch to get us in.
We went in to apartment complex to see a unit. Saw a beautiful unit with new kitchen cabinets, new counters with a granite look, and new air conditioning. Wow. What a great place. The unit they gave us, and they wouldn’t let us see it until move-​in day, had old cabinets that won’t fully close due to layers and layers of paint, and other cabinets that won’t even stay closed because the hinges are so old. The counter was not very pretty either. It is some type of solid paint finish, nothing like the model. Nothing at all like what was shown to us. They promised to have maintenance come in and fix the cabinets, but never did. So now the majority of cabinets stay open all the time. We’d be better off removing the doors so we don’t keep hitting ourselves with the doors.
The AC unit in our unit is so old, it barely keeps the living room cool on even moderately warm days, so we don’t use it. It only runs up the electric bill and we don’t get cool. We were told they were replacing units to upgrade the units.
The new management removed a lot of trees and has done nothing to replace the grass where the trees were located, so we have large brown spots of bark all over the complex. There are planters with dead palm trees all over the complex. It looks like a joke. But of course it is getting close to Halloween so maybe it is a special décor.
When we moved in, the manager stated that there were a couple of areas they wanted to fix and repair and paint. Never did, even though I have asked.
Bottom line. There are complaints against the old management and since I wasn’t there to experience the old, but the new is the worst I’ve ever seen. Can’t wait for the lease to complete so we can move.
BE CAREFUL. MAKE SURE YOU SEE THE UNIT YOU ARE GOING TO MOVE INTO. OTHERWISE THEY’LL PULL THE BAIT AND SWITCH ON YOU TOO.
So far we’ve been promised the new management is going to be better and provide nicer accommodations, but nothing has happened. We feel like we are living in a ghetto tenement complex.

Lived here for 4 years and haven’t had much of a problem until recently. The neighbors don’t care about anyone. Constant parties making it hard for paying residents to park in the allowed parking. This is now a smoke free complex so why are there cigarettes all on my walk way? Thanks for making me clean it up. I have to keep my doors and windows closed from all the smoke that travels into our apartment. Oo ya and the pet owners who obviously don’t care if we step in their dogs crap all the time don’t even mind that other people are standing there watching them walking away from their mess. Sad to see this place fall apart… But oh well. Can’t wait for our lease to be up. Sorry to say but these apartments aren’t worth $ 1400 a month. Maybe if they upgrade their appliances so we can actually use them!

I lived here for 1 year. I was the solo occupant of a 1 bedroom apartment and I kept to myself. The girl who moved below me would have parties every weekend till 1 AM and was not conscious of her neighbors. I notified staff and they did nothing about it. I had a lease until July 7, but turned in my keys on June 30. When i was doing my final inspection with the maintenance guy Ray, he said I didn’t need to pay for the final 7 days since I moved out. I got a bill from then for $ 485 for 7 days of rent when they said it would only be $ 290. They also charged me $ 200 to paint the entire apartment and $ 175 to paint the inside and out of the cabinets. The management sucks and they are very rude. I never missed a payment until the move out because their employee told me I didn’t need to pay it. They called me and were very rude and still made me pay it even though THEIR employee told me I don’t have to pay it. Definitely would not recommend this place because of the management. Also, there is an A/​C unit like a hotel and it’s noisy and sucks. Overall, this place sucks.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The pictures on line are very decieving. What they don’t show you is that the pool and the spa are constantly closed because of the filth. There is constant dog barking (which I have complained about, but nothing is done) so I hope you don’t like any kind of quiet time. I think it is rediculous what they charge for rent seeing what little ammenities (when working) that they have but yet the rent goes up so much every renewal. The worst mistake that aimco could have done was not to have an onsite manager. Since they have done this not one tenant is happy. The «manager» that they have come sometimes is very rude and unknowledgeable. She doesn’t even pretend to care. I hope that Aimco know that there are many more complaints from most tenants that are not put here. I would not recommend moving here.

If you are a smoker don’t move in here. I just got a notice that as of Feb 2014 there will be no smoking aloud anywhere on property grounds. Not your balcony, no parking lot and you can’t even smoke in your car. And lets not talk about the yellow water that comes out of the faucet or the common utilities they add to your monthly rent statement (approx. $ 100) more a month. Plus $ 10 more a month per vehicle regardless that your rent includes a carport. So if you want to park your car in there it is more added to your rent.

My wife and I lived here for a couple of years. What a nightmare! Between all the barking dogs and college students partying, we could hardly ever get a good night’s sleep. When confronted with all the violations in their «handbook», the manager, a compulsive liar, would always promise to do something, but never would. This place is disgusting!
