I have been to this nail salon many times and have had a fantastic experience every time. I went in for a manicure/​pedicure and they did a wonderful job!
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and friendly nail salon!

Found this place on Unilocal & decided to give it a shot & have been coming here about 4−5times now & will continue to come here. Absolutely loved Jenny, she was so sweet & made me feel welcomed & she did a great job at my French tip acrylic set & the prices are really good! They also have so many gel colors to choose from:)

Jenny is awesome she did my nails perfectly I posted pics had the purple glitter powder with gel clear coat so nice as was the rest of the staff and her daughter was really cool. Very clean I wasnt rushed at all or pressured on some up sale. ITS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. SO NICE AND FRIENDLY jennys my new girl :-) you

AHDBDOCIDNDND. I really recommend this location to anyone who lives in Anaheim. The employees here are all so kind, sweet, and friendly. I had a really nice time getting my nails done and their service was very professional. I got a gel manicure done and it turned out amazing, and you can definitely see that through the picture

Just had the best pedicure! Jenny gave me a deluxe pedicure complete with a massage and hot wax. Loved it! I’m hooked!

They were all so nice! Offered us water, cookies, and were always making sure we were comfortable. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a good experience at a nail salon before. Definitely worth checking out!

I absolutely love Pro Cypress Nails! They have new owners who are fantastic. I have been seeing Jenny for awhile now and followed her from her old salon. They have completely upgraded the salon and it is beautiful and very welcoming. They treat me like a super star. Offering me a refreshment, treats and great conversation. All Jenny’s employees are happy and very willing to make sure you get the best treatment. I highly recommend this salon if you want to get 5 star treatment! And who doesn’t! :)

Awesome nail salon with new owners. Salon is clean and comfortable. Jenny is fabulous! I followed her from another nail salon. I’m very picky and she tolerates me well. I’ll be back.

The last time I was here was a while ago. That time I wasn’t too satisfied with the place. Under normal circumstances, I wouldn’t have returned. This time, I came with my niece since our regular place was close. I was surprised of the change. Everything was new and I noticed that the staff isn’t the same as before. These people are much friendlier and do a much nicer job. Well anyways when I got there, one of the ladies helped me right away. I got a manicure and pedicure gel. It was much better than the last time I came and probably even better than my regular place. Overall, the service here is incredible and both me and my niece love it. I will definitely visit this place again.

I’ve noticed a lot of bad reviews from unsatisfied customers but this place is under new management and I am loving it! The people here are very friendly and the quality they present is perfect. I will definitely tell my friends to come here. Very happy with the results :)

Unfortunately the reviews about this place are true, and this review may be a little lengthy:
This was my first and LAST visit (I went just 2 days ago on Saturday). Anyway: I just moved to the area, and am literally 50 feet from the salon so decided I’d walk over to get a fill-​in (regular acrylic), and a pedi. (I’m missing my regular spot in vegas already!!)
The prices are tempting, but don’t be fooled.
My original impression on the place was nothing bad, looks just like any olé nail salon and their were 3 women there, and Only one had a client so I was seated immediately for my pedi by a younger woman (Hu/​Hiue was her name? Sorry about spelling), and then the other free woman (older lady) came to do my fill. They all seemed nice enough and I was on my way… I requested the deluxe which was only $ 20 for callus removal, sea salt scrub, hot oil-​lotion massage, and towel wrap. Great price for all of that, and I really had no complaints regarding the pedi until I noticed that she skipped right over the salt scrub to the massage, and I had to remind her; in which case she stated she «forgot» … Innocent enough I guess until she took the salt scrub, placed it on my DRY legs and feet, and proceeded to scrub without dampening the skin! Big «no no» and something I would think she’d understand. Then I had to ask for lotion after she rinsed my skin of the salt scrub, and my skin was all dry? That was the first strike for me, but I wasn’t going to hold it against her and when she was done the polish and my toes looked decent.
NOW, moving on: during the pedi the older woman is handling my nails (fill) and I came in with medium length «POINTY» nails (I don’t keep my nails long at all), and One nail was broken that needed repair. When she started I stated that I wanted my nails shorter but to keep them pointy (they grow SO fast, and I hate super long nails). She stated that they already had a nice shape so she didn’t want to cut them, and that she’d just file them. I said «ok sure, whatever works.» The 3^rd woman that just finished her client (Vivian was her name). Stated «no cut them down, it’ll be ok». So I said fine. (I just wanted the job done of course. It was obvious that Vivian was running the show (shall I call her RingMaster?), and I was already getting worried that the older woman looked so confused, and was moving a bit slowly as well.)
During my treatments Vivian walked over talking to me pleasantly enough, but I started getting annoyed because she was trying to up-​sell me on little things. She asked me if I wanted gel polish TWICE and if I’d ever had it before (in which case I said «no thank you, yes I have, I don’t do gel when I have acrylics»)… THEN she comes back again to ask if I just want to do clear gel over the nail to make the polish last longer; I replied «no» again. All the while Speedy Gonzalez is taking forever shaping my nails and I can see that my nails are not going to make it back to the shape I came in with. :-(
long story short: I ended up settling for oval shaped nails because I hadn’t the patience to instruct, AND I even had to take the file in to my own hands to perfect some spots she was missing! Once the shaping is finally done she begins to paint and Vivian comes back over YET again to ask if I want a design. (I’m thinking «wow? Really?» But I reply with a polite «no thank you» yet again.)
when I look over at Speedy painting I notice that she is putting on waaaay too many coats to try and make the paint even, and when she’s done there are places that are inconsistent and the polish isn’t even around the cuticles (not sure if I explained that correctly). I had no more patience to correct any thing else, and I could tell the older woman had done her best so I just smiled through it. I walked to the cash register where Ringmaster (Vivian) was waiting to ring me up. When I first walked in I was told a fill was $ 13, and the pedi I knew was $ 20. But she then tells me my total is $ 39. When I ask the deal (I assumed the broken nail would be charged), she then states that she charged extra since my nails were cut down!!! ??? ??? You’ve GOT to be kidding me. Now, let me remind you that I had agreed to a simple filing down until SHE told my technician to cut, and not once did she mention an extra charge… AND lastly I’ve NEVER been anywhere that charges to cut down your nails! It’s a part of the service, and I didn’t walk in with crazy Guinness world record length nails either!
In the end I remained a lady and politely called her on her bs. She «discounted» me $ 2, I paid (and still tipped my techs… I’m not heartless), but I will NEVER be back. Sure it’s only a few bucks, but it’s the principal of the matter and she was being blatantly shady. I hope the dishonesty and «nickel and diming» of customers is working for her company; because they just lost what would’ve been a great-​tipping, loyal, consistent «every 2 weeks» type client. Good riddance!

I’m a regular here and come in every month… I usually have an okay experience but today 12÷18÷15 was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I walked in and they never mentioned to me that the water was out so as they started everything and half way in the decided to tell me… since I had no time to drive anywhere else I had to stay and get my nails painted.
When I went to pay she said it would be $ 30
When all I got was the $ 20 pedi and mani plus callus removal which is $ 5 (I’ve come here plenty of times)… She said it was because they did the deluxe one… I told her that she did not tell me this, she only offered the callus removal. I said it is supposed to be $ 25. She was completely dishonest & tried to rip me off!!!
As I was paying she tells me that since I’m a regular it’s going to be $ 5 off just for me so it would be $ 25 instead of $ 30…WHEN THATS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS PAYING FOR! SHE GAVE ME NO DISCOUNT!
Honestly save your money & time and just go somewhere else … This was the last time I will ever go there ! They are dishonest & greedy people !

This place is close to my house so I called and the lady said $ 20 for gel manicure. To get me to come, she said $ 18 so I thought i’d give it a chance. Definitely not worth it! The gel was uneven, there were blobs and bubbles on at least 8 nails! She even got the nail polish on my fingers. I was very disappointed with the outcome.

I walked in and the lady said it’s okay so they got the spa ready for me, waited an hour! Never again will I comeback here! Waste of money, waste of time! Worst pedi ever!!!

I’ve been here a few times before but after moving it wasn’t as convenient and I missed it! I was in the area today with some time to kill so I stopped by. First thing I noticed was new chairs! I was pretty happy with that.
I got just a deluxe pedicure which includes callus treatment, sea salt scrub, oil/​lotion massage, and warm towel wrap for $ 20. I had just stopped at a newly opened salon to check prices and they were much higher. Granted there was more to the pedicure but they only included a 5 minute massage. If I just wanted to paint my own toenails, I’d do it at home — I come for the massage. It’s so worth it to me. Even though it’s not listed, it was a least a 10 minute massage. She took her time and it was awesome.
I really enjoy each experience here.

I ended up at this nail salon when a place I had booked an appointment for completely disregarded my appointment and expected me to wait an hour for a chair. By the time I found this place I was pretty pissed off and annoyed. Thank god for these ladies!
They took my mom and I right away. The chairs are AWESOME and give a really good massage. They have about 6 chairs so you could bring a few people with you and you’d all at least have a chair to relax in at the same time. They didn’t chat a lot so my mom and I could talk to each other and just relax.
My mom got a french tip on her toes in a hot pink color. It looked really good. I got all-​over color and the polish stayed on for about three weeks which is crazy since I wear closed toed shoes to work everyday. I was busy and waited 6 weeks to go back and my feet still looked pretty decent.
This will be the only place I will go to for a pedicure in Orange County.
I did get my eyebrows done here also and wasn’t as happy. I don’t like super thin eyebrows and that’s what I ended up with. I’ll stick with just the toes.
Also to the reviewer below who said it was «rude» for them to speak to each other in their own language, wow. Good luck being an awful person.

My first review!!! I’m from SD & came out this way to visit family and I needed a pedi ASAP. Came here & I’m glad I did, they take walk-​ins and credit card (*with a 1 dollar credit charge*) It was quiet clean and the staff were very friendly. My type of nail salon!!! The woman who did my nails took her time and did a very nice job. I’d definitely come back again.

I got the $ 16 French tip pedicure and was not impressed. The technician’s lines were uneven and she kept telling me what she thought looked best despite how many times I’ve asked her to make the white tip thinner. Although Tina was amicable, the service was sub par at best.
Decent selection of OPI and China Glaze but most bottles appear to be old and the color has settled and separated.
I would recommend forgoing the inexpensive attribute of this place for a salon with better service.
