Great oil change. A little sloppy, but good bunch of guys. Definitely will be back. Super fast and honest

DO NOT GO HERE! I went here today because there was a sign in the window saying an oil change was $ 24.99 on Mon, Tues, & Wed. I went to pay and they rang it up as $ 29.99 and I pointed out the sign in the window. I was told, «That’s no longer good and it’s not in our computer.» I asked to speak to a manager and the guy told me he would call them. About ten minutes later he told me either I could pay the $ 24.99 price and not receive a receipt or pay $ 29.99 and get a receipt. Under duress, I choose to pay the $ 29.99 price ($ 34.60 with fees). Needless to say, I will never be back although I had been going here between my normal services at the dealership.

This place had good reviews but they were a little old. I still decided to get an oil change here. And I am glad I did. These guys were nice, thorough and knew what they were doing. Most oil change places try to up sell everything very hard (I understand that is part of business but don’t try so hard that it makes people not want to come back). These guys asked if I wanted them to replace the air filter and I told them no thanks and that was it. There was a guy in glasses who had great customer service skills. There was also two other guys that were excellent as well. They were so fast and got the job done for a great price that I came right back and got an oil change on my wife’s car. These guys rock. I recommend them if you are in the cypress area and or near by. Great service.

Henry n his staff were very professional! I went in for oil change n filters n they attended me in about 25 minutes. I will return!

I never had an oil change where the show you the dip stick level. I thought the customer service was great. Most people stay in their cars, but I waited with family in waiting room instead. The price is 2 times higher than doing it yourself but the convenance and speed is what you are paying for. They also had records from a visit I did 2 years ago in San Diego.

This place has changed names a few times, but the same great staff and service is still there.
Oil changes are fast and reasonably priced. They’ve also done brakes on three of my vehicles and always do a great job at a great price. Honest and friendly guys here that know their stuff. No aggressive up charges and they always show you the parts for the replacements and services.
