It’s that time of the year, TAX TIME. I waw attracted to h and r block because I saw an ad for 50 percent off if a person switches from another business that filed their taxes last year to h and r block. I went to the valley view cypress location, and showed proof that I filed taxes with another business. I showed a check that was made out to the tax filing business last year and email correspondence I had with the business. However, to no avail, the representative at h and r block turned down my proof. It was a marketing ploy and gimmick to get people to come into the store. No discount was offered! I wasted my time. Don’t come here if you want fair business.
