Fast location. Friendly tellers. Never had a issue here. I would give it 5 stars… But you can’t give a place that gives you .10% interest on your money when they are making loan shark $$$$ off you!!! But hey!!! Deal with it I guess… A+ branch!

8 people in line only 2 tellers. Then one closed for 8 minutes. Sigh. So much for customer service. Still waiting.

First visit here called in, great customer service. Free notary services for branch members. Kind and professional what more can I ask for thank you

I had one of those ubiquitous coupons that Chase offers for their checking or savings. It’s hard to beat those coupons because the savings/​checking rates are really bad.
It took a few minutes in the lobby before I was being helped, but after I got in a cubicle it was all good. As for the regular counter area, there was a teller, but there are bunch of giant ipad style auto-​tellers to do your banking. I rarely need an actual person to take care of my banking needs so I’m cool with not talking to a real person.

Very inconvenient bank that only has 2 tellers, it took them 20 min to help me, not just that I told the teller that the acct I wanted to make a deposit in was a closed acct and asked her to put it in the open acct thats linked to the closed acct. Then yet she puts it in the closed acct, and another employee helps her and tells me «oh thats a closed acct.» I said «yes I know I told her not that account» there customer service is the worse. My husband goes in all the time because thats the closest chase bank to his job and he always a bad experience starting with the wait time.

I was there just about 15minutes back around 4:40PM. I went there to ask if they have a certain service that banks generally provide, so it was more of a question.
So i was there standing near the seating area to find someone to ask this quick question. Few of the employees walk past and dont care to ask what i needed.
I thought i probably should sit in the chairs so they will notice me. I was the only one sitting and waiting.
within about 5 minutes, i see few employees pass by and then the guy (probably in his mid 20’s) doing the teller work comes to the people waiting in the line (about 4 – 5 of them) and advices them how to get things done using the ATM machines next to the teller counters.
He does make an eye contact with me, but doesn’t even care to ask why i am waiting for.
there are employees finishing up their discussions with other customers in their cubicle, still dont care to ask me or greet me.
ABSOLUTELY NO GREETING OR EYE CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER.
They were too busy leaving home and didnt care why a customer was waiting.
Now i understand why Bank of America is far better in customer care. The moment you go in and take a seat or the moment they see a customer seeking information, they would come to you and greet you and make you comfortable if not take care of your business.
Finally, i was frustrated and just left after waiting for about 10minutes. as expected nobody cared. good customer service!
They used to be good when the branch was new as they had to get new deposits.
NEVER EVER GO TO THIS BRANCH. There are branches in Valley View-​Lincoln, Valley View-​La Palma and many more branches nearby.

I agree with what is written below me. This branch is very helpful and the employees always have smiles on their face. I really like Sam. He is always first to approach you, hold the door open for you, and help you in any way he can. I also like it because it’s close to my house with a convenient drive thru. I would recommend this branch to anyone in the area or anyone who is looking for a new bank.

I agree with previous posts for this branch. had pleasure of the assistance of Sam Stapleton-​Cotton helping me open checking account. Going to close my credit union account. terrible online and didn’t offer good car loan rate. got better deal with car dealer thru Costco.
Back to Chase. In and out in 10mins.
Feeling of nice small neighborhood bank. drove 5 miles because of Unilocal comments. so true!

Love this branch. Its new and clean and has plenty of parking. On a recent visit one of the greeters saw my Disneyland keychain then told me about the FREE DISNEY ATM card I could get. Of course I signed up for their Disney perks card. I get discounts at Disneyland by using my new DISNEY ATM card. The drive up here is easy to access even with a big car like me.

Mister Sam stapleton-​cotton was really nice and helpful :) greeted me once I walked in. Great customer service :)

Hands down the best bank I’ve ever walked into. Greet you at the door, don’t have to fill out the withdraw, doposit paper. Cute girls, I have a favorite, but I’m not telling.
