Very quick, efficient, and I love that they are mobile! I lost my keys and didn’t know if they were stolen or not, and they came out and rekeyed my whole house and made everything match! I didn’t have that before and didn’t know it was possible!

My fob went out for my car. Autozone could order the remote for me for $ 60 & the workers told me they will help me program it to my car when the part came in. I go to pick it up, and of course the same person who offered to help refused to help me after I paid for the remote.
That’s when I decided to do more research and found Cypress lock & Key. They didn’t have my model on hand but they were able to order it. When the remote came in, Drew texted me to let me know. I thought that was great since I typically don’t answer phone calls when I don’t recognize the number. Anyway. When I go in, he programmed it within a matter of minutes & charged me less than what Autozone was charging for just the part alone.
I definitely appreciate the service and recommend this place to anyone with key needs.

Came in to cut a key with Drew but the key was aftermarket and wasn’t built exactly to the T. I had to take a loss on the key. Fortunately, I found my old spare key a month later. I went back to the shop and Drew wasn’t here so I was fortunate enough to bump into Les. He was very helpful. Reprogram both my master and spare keys effortlessly. Great service and will return. This shop provides quality service that you would expect from a car dealership for replacing coded auto keys. And stepping into the shop is like being in the past and present at the same time. It was a treat to look around while waiting for three keys to be completed; all done within a few minutes.

I try to shop around for the best price. I purchased a key with a remote online. I called Cypress Lock & Safe and I was told that to have my Lexus key cut and programmed it would cost $ 85.00. Not bad price, but I continued to shop and found another place with great reviews that would charge only $ 65.00. Due to Cypress being closer to my home, I called back and inquired if the key can be done for less.
This is what really ticked me off, the person that I spoke to stated in an angry and rude tone, «You called before, its $ 85.00 and I’m not going below $ 85.00.» I can handle someone saying «sorry, I can’t match the price», but rudeness is not professional nor tolerated. End of story, I shopped around a little more and found a locksmith that cut and programmed my Lexus for $ 50.00! Its true, you can get a better price and if this shop is rude, tell them your going elsewhere.

Thanks to the other Unilocalers out there for turning me on to this place. I would never have found them on my own. Drew and the crew are very friendly and professional. They really took time to help resolve the problem with my exterior door handle set. They sprang into action got on the internet to identify the model and warranty info. They also contacted the manufacturer and ordered the piece I needed. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm nature of everyone there. They saved me at least $ 200 and made the process painless. Can’t recommend them enough.
Also this place has a cool collection of antiques which made the wait go by much faster.

Was very pleased on the outcome of this place. They had me coming back and forth seeing if my FOB remote for my car made it to the shop. They gave me an estimate of $ 65 with programming which isn’t bad. I would take that price instead of dealership prices. Well they said they would call me back but never called me back. So basically I forgot about them. Well my remote finally crapped out on me and it was time to get a new remote. Went back and Les helped me out a lot. He found my key and programmed it within 20 minutes and yes, I have all my doors lock and unlock as well as my auto start works now, which was my main concern.
Very pleased with this place and will be back to do business if any of my key problems pop up.

I could not turn on my Honda van ignition so I called a number of locksmith. The others were giving me as high as $ 300 to have the key ignition work. Others did not even return my call or promised to call me back after they talk to their technician but never called back. It seems like my problem was not an ordinary problem. Cypress L&S had the lowest offer so I went there instead. Drew, the owner’s son, was very, very helpful. He explained everything what he was planning to do. He tried replacing the key first and it partially worked. Then he repaired the ignition. The total charge to me was way less the $ 300. Drew even said that I can come back if there is any problem with the ignition. Overall, I am very satisfied with his honesty, his helpfulness and professionalism. I highly recommend this shop!

What a totally positive experience.
I called the day before I needed an appointment to re-​key numerous locks and was greeted by a very professional and kind Drew. We scheduled an appointment and I was provided an estimate of the work in dollars and time.
The next day, Drew arrived a few minutes early and he completed the work on-​time and for the amount discussed. This was possibly one of the most easy and professional home service appointments I’ve ever had. I highly recommend. The rates are reasonable. The work is top-​notch. And the customer interactions are respectful and kind.
