I called the salesman at Auto Fix Unlimited to get a quote on replacing a rack and pinion and a intermediate steering link. I provided my number and the guy says he would call me right back with the quote. I never heard back from them. I thought I was giving them a chance to fix my car. Apparently they weren’t interested in fixing it because its not the vehicle they want to work on or they don’t have experience mechanics to work on BMW’s.

We’ve had both our cars repaired and routine service here. I have always been happy with the service, prices and quality of work. Each visit they drove me home while I waited then called me to keep me informed then to notify me of the completion. Very friendly n professional.

I used to bring my car here for over a year. I had a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix, so every time something was wrong with it I got it fixed there. I probably left about $ 2000 there within a year. I thought since its an older car stuff breaks so I didnt think much of it… until last time I went there for an oil change. I had no problems with my car prior to the oil change. About an hour after I got the oil change my car breaks down and wont turn back on. Well anyways, turns out my engine is broken. I got it towed back to Autocheck. I think its kind of weird how they didnt notice anything being wrong with my car if they just worked on it. After they looked at my car they told me that its just old and has a lot of miles on it… there were 134 000 miles on it which actually isnt that much and its a 2002 in good condition. They said they could put in a used enging with 180 000!!! miles on (so way more than my engine had on it) for $ 4000. I ended up having to sell it to a junkyard. I wonder now if they have been ripping me off all along. But I learned my lesson and I will never go back there with any of our cars. I hope this review will prevent you from going there. Be prepared to leave a lot of money at that place.

Never going here again! not sure what’s up with them, but went in twice for an inspection (a week apart) and was told they were out of stickers and then a year later my husband goes in for an oil change and is told no tech was available to do one. 3 strikes and you’re definately out! I’m taking my money elsewhere.

Took my truck there yesterday to have it checked out for a charging system failure message. Everything was explained thoroughly, and told me of a few other minor things. No pressure to get those done right now as most places will tell you. Work was done in a reasonable amount of time. One of a few places in the area that I feel comfortable taking my cars and not feel like I’m going to get ripped off. Their honesty and close proximity to where I live, will make it easy to drop my vehicle off there again for future work.
