Extremely unprofessional. Inappropriately informal communication and a no-​show. Didn’t even get a call until 3 hours after they didn’t show up, and after insisting on rescheduling several times, gave up and requested a refund of my livingsocial voucher.

I cannot fairly judge the quality of this company’s work because THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! I had called an hour and a half before my scheduled appointment to make sure everything was in order and I was assured that it was. Well, no one came and when I called I got a message saying they had gone home for the day (at 3PM), then a few minutes later I get a text saying «I’m in a meeting. Will call you in a few minutes». Well they didn’t call and didn’t answer my texts until today– two days later. I just got a phone message to re-​schedule. I think not. I have a Living Social voucher and I’m requesting a refund. Do not trust this company, especially if it is an important cleaning.
