While in college I started this business to help buy books, I linked up with my partner who has been in the cleaning business for over 15 years. Our team is comprised of cleaning specialist who focus on customer satisfaction. I imagine how I would want my home cleaned and this is what we give our customers.

Started out as a side job to make extra money while in college and it succeeded far beyond my expectation. When I finished college, I continued to manage the company and maintain my career path. I am half of Brown Bag Janitorial, my partner T. Brown manages the staff and assist with the cleaning.

I got a Groupon for janitorial services in my home. The first cleaning went great, but when it came time to schedule the second cleaning, no one would answer the phone and they wouldn’t take the groupon. I was very disappointed with their customer service.

I signed up for a great deal on Groupon but asked them to refund my money. I attempted to make an appt and after providing my voucher info, did not receive any response back after several attempts to confirm. I waited on the day that we had discussed and no one showed up. I called and no one answered or called back. I will definitely not deal with this again, great price or not.
