They bill me again 2 weeks after I paid full amount during the service. This is the second time it happens to me. I ignored the duplicate bills last time, and they kept sending to me.

The only thing urgent about this place is how quickly they take your money. I went in for TB chest x Ray for work. I am a teacher and I wanted to coach a basketball team this season. Upon paying my $ 100, I got my x Ray taken. They said there usual turn around time was 24 hours yet there was a delay so I waited another day. Ok no problem but 2 days passed and not one phone call to follow up. I had to call the next Monday and after haggling the x Ray tech and his supervisor for 20 minutes over the phone the tech agreed to scan my results and send them over an encrypted email. Only problem is that the tech only sent the cover sheet. Who doesn’t know how to scan and send a pdf file? ?!! The receptionist was also no help as he failed to include the confidentiality release agreement for them to send me my results. Do yourself a favor avoid this place like the plague.

Can I give zero stars? Do not waste your time coming here. Been waiting almost two hours now. Called a week ago and they told me they don’t take appointments. All morning people have been coming in after me with appointments and being seen first. This place is a joke!

I agree with Sara P. The receptionist is extremely rude! I also walked in about 7:30pm with pain in the back of my knee. She had said that the xray technician had already left for the day. If you stay open til 8pm then why did the xray tech leave early? What is I had something really wrong with my knee? Anyways it doesn’t matter becuase I was REFUSED service because I couldn’t pay the $ 50 that she was requesting from me. I said $ 50? My copay is only $ 20 and I was prepared to pay $ 20. She made up something about me not meeting my deductible. Well if she knew about my insurance she would have know that my deductible DOESNOT apply towards my urgent care visits and she should have only charged me $ 20. I think she was trying to scam me out of more money and its funny how I have visited the same facility a few weeks earlier and I only had to pay $ 20 with no questions asked.

Save yourself the hassle. The receptionist here is absolutely rude. Their closing time is at 8 pm but she almost refused to see me when I walked in at 7:30 pm and she argued with my mom on how they were about to close. Not hospitable at all. I will not be returning in the future no matter how urgent the situation is.
