I’ve been coming to Dr. Fujimoto’s office for the past 13 years. Literally, it’s been 13 years… bagel’s dozen.
What I LOVE about Dr. Fujimoto is the TIME and CARE he puts into every single appointment. Every single time I get my prescription checked, he’s super patient, detailed, and takes his time to understand exactly what is most suitable for my eyesight. After just a couple times, he noticed that I had a strong preference of seeing super clear, even if it’s not always necessarily. For example, I have been working in an accounting office for quite some time and felt as though my vision had worsened. He confirmed that yes, my prescription got just a little worse, but since I am staring at the computer all day long it could result in eye strain to make my eyeglasses stronger (as most of my daily tasks are in close range). I love the fact that he thinks so meticulously for his patients — and what is the best solution for the individual. And whenever I have any sort of question, he answers to the best of his ability slowly and patiently so that a non eye expert could understand.
All the attempts I’ve had with other optometrists made me realize how good Dr. Fujimoto is. They always rush, and never take the time to ask me if «A» is clearer than «B» on the screen. Most of the time, they conclude my prescription is the same although I felt differently.
I highly recommend Dr. Fujimoto. He is the ONLY optometrist I trust my vision with, because
1) He’s skilled as hell
2) He truly cares
You won’t regret seeing him :)

I’ve been seeing Dr. Fujimoto for years and now my husband see him. He is very pleasant, take his time with you and explains everything!!! I have ready the negative reviews about needing appointment and I LOVE IT!!! What I hate is… going to my appointments and having to wait 30 – 45 minutes because they are helping WALK-​IN!
When I go in I’ve NEVER had to wait more than 5 minutes and I’ve stopped by on emergency to adjust my glasses and Christine has told me I would have to wait until they could squeeze me in and that wait was ½ hour! Christine is always accommodating in helping you with your glasses before and after they are ordered!
They are great and I would recommend them to all my family!

My husband recommend Dr. Fujimoto. They don’t check you in here. You go and sit, and eventually they’ll call your name. The seats they have are super comfortable.
Dr. Fujimoto is very patient and friendly. He answered any questions.
He only sees patients on appointment only!

* 5 stars for Dr. Fujimoto on his expertise. He’s very experienced and nice.
* 1 star for office policy of appointment only for anything or maybe the assistant is just lazy.
I already had the first pair of eyeglasses I ordered from this place. A few weeks later, I called Christine to let her know that I’m coming by to shop for frames in their store and order a second set of eyeglasses from their store. I was told that everything about their business is on appointment only. Who needs an appointment to pick out a pair of glasses and place an order that would take 5 minutes or less?
So, I went to Eye Works across the street. I was taken care of by well experienced and accommodating optometrists. I waited to be served for about 10 minutes, but that was OK because I spent it looking for the perfect eyeglasses. They got my business. I’m considering taking my whole family there in the future.
I also found that out that Dr. Fujimoto’s office charged my insurance company 2 years in a row for something that I did not get from them. No wonder the insurance company kept rejecting my claims. I had to go through the hassle of calling the insurance company and the insurance company calling the store to correct this issue.
