I had Cupertino Custom Cabinetry design and build a solid wood fireplace mantel for my parents. My parents are very picky and very hard to please. Needless to say the job went perfect, and my parents are very happy. The job was completed in a timely manner and Bob Campbell couldn’t have been easier to work with. If you need high-quality custom work done, this is the place to go.

They did a fantastic job on our kitchen! We will definitely use them again on our next project. Nice details and very good quality. Bob was very nice and made us feel comfortable. On-time and estimate was right on. Thank you Cupertino Custom and Bob C!

Where do I begin? Since we were just given notice that this Company is threatening to put a lien on our home for a job he refuses to complete, let me just state the facts… 1. Integrity — The job began in January 2010… it is still not complete and Bob Campbell refuses to complete the job until we pay him more than the agreed amount of the contract. I don’t know, would YOU pay a contractor who has REPEATEDLY broken his promises a final payment amount OVER your contract amount in ADVANCE? Trust is not a word I would use to describe Bob Campbell. 2. Quality — We have had several issues with quality and, in response, Bob Campbell blamed the painter(a painter HE chose), the electrician, the handyman… everyone BUT himself for the mistakes HE obviously made. He mismeasured a cabinet, rebuilt the outer part of the cabinet but used the same shelving as the original cabinet. When told about our dissatisfaction with the design, he shrugged. We now own a cabinet with shelving that is recessed deep into an exposed cabinet. It looks stupid and is a waste of storage space. He has no intention of correcting this or any of his other, many errors. 3. Customer service — in response to our many complaints, he talked over us/yelled at both my husband and I on the phone and in person… did not listen to a word we, the customer, said. 4. Timing — the job started in January 2010 and is still not done as of July 2010… need I say more?
