They were so nice! She made my eyebrows look great! Also loves the 15 dollar membership!!! I am so blessed to have found this place!!!

I was very happy with how my eyebrows came out and would definitely go back. The woman was very friendly and even told me about their membership which sounded like a great deal!

I was going to another threading business in the Cumberland area; when I decided to try the Threading Spot. They had been open less than a month. Place is very clean and modern. Needless to say I was extremely happy with my results and continue to be a regular customer. My teenage daughter also wanted to have threading and this was the only place I would consider permission to shape her untouched brows. We both get compliments all the time. We both belong to the monthly club too!

Very satisfied with my first visit. I had never gotten my brows done before and had explained it to her and she walked me right through the steps and told me what she was doing and so forth. I was a little hesitant to get my brows done just because of how often you see bad brows and mistakes but they did a fantastic job at The Threading Spot. There was a little bit a pain as she did it but that’s to be expected when it comes to threading. I will definitely be going back for more threading when it comes time to.

I love it here! They sculpted my eyebrows to shave my face perfectly. no other threading place has been able to do it quite like that. Also I can go every week if I want with the unlimited membership $ 15 a month can’t go wrong. There is never much of a wait. Also love the hours open every day but Sunday, can’t find that many places.

I will honestly never go here again. I love getting my eyebrows done and always feel beautiful afterwards but not at this place. The woman who works there has always been extremely rude and has made comments to me to make me feel EXTREMELY insecure about myself. Due to the poor customer service skills she possesses and the blatant lack of respect she has shown me in the past few visits, I will never recommend this facility to anyone or bring my business here.

She was quick, it was painless and my eyebrows have a shape! Will definitely be back!

Sima was phenomenal! I just moved to the area and was bummed that I had to find all new places to keep up with my beauty routines. But this … Was a god send! My eyebrows look slams and I can’t wait to come back to try the herbal face massage!

Have lived a lot of places, big cities and small towns. I’ve come across two places that understand how eyebrows grow and how to shape them not just force them into something that doesn’t fit your face, this place is one of the two. They’re quick and good at what they do, I always walk out feeling beautiful. Wish my eyebrows would stop growing back cuz it looks so nice for the first week, but at least I know I can always get the same beautiful look when I go back.

Customer service is non existent.
Nobody likes to leave a negative review but I felt compelled due to my experience here.
I had my eyebrows threaded and eyelash extensions put on for a wedding and was so disappointed.
The threading left a thin cut on my brow and
the eyelash extensions were hastily put on and felt like they were painfully rubbing the inside of my eye, I was ignored when I said so and told that I needed to get used to them, I never did. When I retuned two days later to have them removed I was given a negative attitude and left sitting with a stinging solution on my eyelashes while she applied eyelashes on another customer.
When I got home I realized she had left a few sections of eyelash glued on. I applied Vaseline and attempted to take them off the following morning, they did come off but so did that section of my own lashes!
Needless to say, I will not return.

The first time i had my eye brows here they came out great. Just had them done today and the threader missed a few hairs and took some off where she shouldnt have. Their thread is very rough and thicker than most places. This causes more pain during threading

Very clean, great service, super sweet staff (I believe they are mother/​daughter). They have a $ 15/​month unlimited threading membership and $ 25 lash extensions, I chose both, great work with minimal pain during the threading! Hope this place stays around for a long time! :)

I highly recommend The Threading Spot. $ 15/​per month, unlimited threading. Such a great deal for those who could have their eyebrows threaded on a weekly basis! The owner is very nice and the interior is immaculate. My only concern is that it’s never very busy. I hope she builds a larger clientele and sticks around for awhile.

I’ve been going here for about three months now, and I haven’t been disappointed yet. Being a former customer of «another eyebrow threading» business in Cumberland, I was hesitant to leave and try the Threading Spot. What got my attention initially was the $ 25 eyelash extensions. Ive had them done twice now, and each time they come out wonderful! I chose the shortest ones, and they’ve stayed on for over 3 weeks!
While getting my first set of lashes, I had my eyebrows threaded as well, and she did a great job! I signed up for the $ 15/​month unlimited threading. I go every two weeks, so I save almost $ 20 a month. It’s a great deal!

I have been going to the Threading Spot since it opened… I opted to go with the $ 15.00/month for unlimited visits and it is well worth it! The place is spotless, the hours are convenient and the owner is friendly and does a fantastic job! Never more than a very brief wait, if that. Highly recommended!

I must admit I was skeptical to try a new eyebrow place, especially after the great luck I have had with Unique Eyebrow Threading at both their Cumberland and Smithfield locations.
Conveniently, the Threading Spot is just a mere 5 minute WALK away from my house and located next to my favorite local nail spot, so ALAS I had to give the Threading Spot a try and I am glad I did!
Inside, it is very spacious and well decorated. There are only two threading stations set up, which makes me a little nervous considering I have only seen the one owner threading on site. I worry once this business catches on if it will be a long wait, but so far I have never had to wait long.
The one aspect I absolutely love is the owners threading technique, she makes your brows look gorgeous AND she is very careful not to hurt you. I always have ingrown eyebrow hairs and have had visits where I barely felt anything! Threading spot also offers $ 15 per month unlimited threading via cash or automatic credit card payment, definitely hard to beat!

I have been a devotee to threading for just about a decade and have tried a number of places. I have found that many of the other establishments I have frequented in the past were somewhat inconsistent in their work. Mainly because of location, I decided to give The Threading Spot a try and am so glad I did. The owner was friendly, meticulous and did a wonderful job– I hadn’t even realized how «off» my brows were until I saw how great they looked when she was done! For those who consistently thread, they also have a great membership program.

Barring the great distance I had to travel to get here (25 minutes!), the place was worth it. Minimalist in design (how much fancier can you turn a threading salon into anyway?), the surroundings and the warm smiles of the owner and her daughter greeted me. She did exactly as I requested. Although she showed me this product that I can use for natural looking eyebrows, she did it such a non-​intrusive manner. The place just opened and I really wish it were closer but if you live in this area, it is surely worth the visit. No hype, just honest and skilled service. I wish them much luck. Despite the distance, I am strongly considering going back.
