Walk Spot Walk

I was going home for Thanksgiving and didn’t want to board my kitty (Ashe), so I found Walk Spot Walk on Unilocal and it’s the best thing I ever did! Kelly, from Walk Spot Walk, came over to our place to meet Ashe and go over her services and costs. I could immediately tell that she was very comfortable around cats and didn’t even mind when Ashe was playfully nipping her! We talked for a while and she left her paper work with no pressure for us to hire her to watch our cat while we were gone for 5 days.
After discussing it, we quickly agreed that Kelly would be the perfect cat sitter and turned in our forms shortly after. Because she was local, Kelly even came over to pick up our keys from our place and play with Ashe again! She didn’t have to stop by, but she did and that meant a lot to us!
While we were away, Kelly texted me to let me know that Ashe was doing fine and even checked on him Thanksgiving night after slaving away in the kitchen all day! Now that is some dedication!
When we got home, Ashe was as happy as ever and I could tell he was well fed and his litter box was clean. Kelly even picked up our mail for us! Next time I go out of town, I am definitely hiring Kelly again. She was perfect!

Kelly is fantastic. She is reliable, caring, and very trustworthy. We just rescued a dog a couple of months ago, and we selected Kelly as our dog walker. We can tell that she not only loves dogs but also really knows what she’s doing. She keeps us updated with any issues that arise; for example, she noticed that our dog had worms and called us immediately at work, and we were able to take her to the vet the next day. Without Kelly, we would have never noticed on our own (or at least not for a while!). Beyond that, our dog absolutely loves Kelly, which shows that Kelly clearly treats her very well. In short, we recommend Kelly extremely highly for anyone who is looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly dog walker. (She’s also very reasonably priced!)

I decided last minute to board my special needs cat for a recent 10-​day business trip. I really didn’t want to leave him in a cage somewhere because he’s very sensitive and has anxiety issues, so I called Kelly to find out if she could board a cat. She hadn’t boarded cats before, but was willing to and just happened to have an opening that exactly fit my trip.
I could tell when I dropped my cat off that she was going to take great care of him and that, more importantly, he instantly seemed to like her. She didn’t mind that I brought over about 15 toys and gadgets for him, and she happily administered his daily pill. She sent me text messages to update me and tell me that he had taken over the house as his own and was sleeping with her every night. It was such a relief to know that my little guy was happy and had good company while I was gone. When I went to pick him up, he kept running back and forth between the two of us meowing and head-​butting. It was very cute, and I could tell that he really felt at home with her (but was happy to see me too!).

We have been using Kelly for several years now to take care of our cat., and she is the best! Our little guy gets to remain in the comfort of his own home while we are out of town and we have peace of mind knowing that someone is coming to feed and play with him while we are away. When we arrive home he always has fresh food & water, a clean litter box, and the mail is brought in and left for us on the kitchen table.
Prior to the first time we used Kelly she came over to meet our cat, have us show her around the home, and fill out some paperwork. From that point forward she keeps a copy of our key and I love knowing we have someone to call on. I told Kelly SHE needs to take a vacation sometime because we have never called on her and found her unavailable :) She is super friendly, reliable, reasonably priced, and great with our cat — I highly recommend!

Kelly has watched our kitty several times and is absolutely great with animals! She’s not annoyingly baby-​talkish, clearly loves what she is doing, and takes excellent care of our kitty-​girl when we’re gone. She’s even cleaned up the cat barf!
Our plants also remain lively, and our mail is brought in with order. I highly recommend her services– she’s trustworthy, responsible, and easy to work with! Two thumbs way up!
