Dr. Forouzesh is a Rheumatologist, and top notch diagnostician. I spent several years not knowing what was wrong, and he diagnosed me on the first visit, and began treatment.

I worked in healthcare for 25 years, and for many reasons, am the patient of several other specialists, but I have never encountered anymore more insightful than Dr. Forouzesh. In addition to his brilliance as a physician, he is warm, kind and caring. He does whatever he can to keep this patient comfortable and confident. His office staff reflects his concern and compassion for their patients. They are very helpful.

I knew Dr. Forousesh over 25 years. He is the most carring and knowlegable doctor I have seen in my 63 years of life. He does care about his patients and do whatever he can to help them out mentally and physically. Years ago I was suffering of knee pain. He treat my knee in just one visit and I have had no pain since not even once what so ever. He is so knowlegeble about his proffession that he gets invitation as an honor guest to give lecture in proffessional gathering. I am so proud of a good doctor like him and I feel very lucky to have him as my doctor. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THIS DOCTOR! He is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, courteous, caring, and respectful. He sits down and talks face to face with me.
I have never waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room and he sees me within 5 minutes after I get to the examination room. His office runs like a well oiled machine. Staff are courteous and professional. This Doctor reviews my chart, lab work results, prescriptions each time I am there. I am asked if I need any prescription refills.
It is so convenient for me. I have my blood drawn, get an X-​ray, bone density and MRI’s in his office! All test results and the ability to make appointments are available to me online.
He discovered two serious medical conditions that I have that other physicians had missed. He immediately began treatment with me.

I have been seeing Dr. Forouzesh for almost 5 years now and I have to say, having been to 3 other doctors for my Rheumatoid Arthritis, this man knows his stuff. When I first went to him, my fingers were twisting, I had to take steaming hot showers to be able to move in the morning and I was in pain all of the time.
He REALLY listens, but he also knows that YOU know your body better than anyone… you live in it 24⁄7. So if you say, «How about an updated blood test?» he is right there to support you. He is proactive as well and has never left me hanging with questions about what course of action we are taking.
Dr. F is friendly, calm, and beyond knowledgeable. He goes for updated training EVERY YEAR to stay abreast of the latest in treatments. Because of this, he was able to switch my RA meds from Enbrel to Cimzia (before most people knew it even existed) — making a VAST difference in how I feel!
My last visit (2 weeks ago) I had to say to him, «You know, sometimes I completely forget I have RA and I NEVER thought I would be able to say that.» He smiled sweetly and said, «Then how about a Unilocal review?» And I didn’t hesitate!
If you have RA or basically anything else (I pretty much use him as my PCP) don’t base your opinions on a couple of negative reviews — focus on all those 5 stars — Dr. F will take care of you!

Dr. F is a delightful and one-​of-​kind Doctor. He is a kind, personable and caring human being. You can tell he is telling the truth when he says he loves what he does. My appointment was 12 noon and that is the exact time they called my name. The staff are busy but friendly and efficient. He told me today that he had been there 37 years! A lady in the front had been there something like 29 years! I love this dr. And I know how much he has helped a co-​worker with a serious chronic condition.

Dr. Solomon Forouzesh and his incredible team of lovely office staff continue to impress me, year after year!!! I am so lucky to have found him and for all the help that the office staff has done for me as well. I cannot say enough wonderful things, they really are incredibly sincere and caring. I cannot imagine any rheumatologist being better. Dr. Forouzesh really is AS GOOD AS IT GETS!!!

As a retired Medical Doctor, I have known many Internal Medicine Specialists who also specialize in Rheumatology. Of all of the doctors I have known, I have chosen Dr Forouzesh to treat me because he has the most experience, intelligence, and wisdom. I can not stress enough the importance of seeing a competent specialist like Dr Forouzesh. The fact that he takes the time to listen to and understand your symptoms and has the knowledge to provide proper care and treatment is rarely seen these days.

Ever since my mom got sick a few years ago, I have been helping out to take care of my grandmother with all of her doctor’s visits and medical care. I’m happy that Dr. Forouzesh is one of her doctors. He and his staff are really amazing! They took care of us in working around my schedule for her first visit, and have taken care of us ever since. I hate going to the doctor and feeling rushed out because the doctor has such a full schedule and needs to get to the next patient– but we never get that feeling here! I would HIGHLY recommend him.

Short wait time and easy street parking? Sounds good to me! Dr. Forouzesh is empathetic, knowledgeable and makes sure to take his time when treating his patients. If you need treatment I suggest you call his office and speak to Andria or Elizabeth and they will help you like they have helped my mom.

Nice doc, but based on my last visit over a month ago & the incompetence of the staff, I would recommend going elsewhere. The doc was supposed to put in for MRI’s & physical therapy, but failed to do so. I call 2 weeks, 3 weeks, and 4.5 weeks. They still didn’t submit the requests. Andria in the front office is very kind & is trying to provide better service now to make up for the poor service. To be honest, the staff their seems very good, professional, and extremely nice. Maybe I’m the exception & my case fell through the cracks.
Update 11÷16÷15 — I had an appointment last Friday. I took time from work and guess what. No one was there. At any one time, there are 3 or 4 admin staff & no one had the courtesy to call me to reschedule. I called again today & no one answered. I’m not sure what is going on. Maybe he fled the country or closed the business. Andria did come through with getting my MRI & x-​ray done, but the prescription for PT never went through. That’s 2 months late. I wish I stuck with Kaiser.

Dr. Forouzesh is a wonderful Rheumatologist Specialist who is professional, caring in his own way and very busy, BUT will take time to hear your medical complaints to help you be relieved of the pain. He has a wonderful staff that’s patient and ALWAYS are very helpful. Something I truly appreciate. I was diagnosed with Osteo-​arthritis in 2010 and was suffering greatly and in alot of pain. After numerous doctors diagnosis and crapy x-​rays again and again, Dr. Forouzesh had me to get an MRI and blood work FINALLY a proper diagnosis. My swelling and joint pain was actually Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). It took awhile, but after starting a regular regiment of medications and continued follow-​ups I feel 80% better. Do I have down days of joint pain and swelling? Oh yes, but I’m feeling better than I did last year. Hopefully it can only get better. Give his office a call. You won’t be disappointed.
Oh and for the complaining guy below that parked his car in «Reserved for 604»! Man the key word is «RESERVED» why would anyone parked in a spot clearly stating that and risk getting towed (was there ONLY one reserved for 604 sign?) I would have just parked elsewhere to be on the safe side.

I wanted to write a review for Dr Forouzesh because since our crap Covered California Insurance has changed, he doesn’t accept our new insurance very unfortunately.
My wife and I started going to Dr Forouzesh in August and it was very random as we searched our insurance’s website. Our first visit was for my wife and he knew right away what the symptoms were from. Sent her to get x-​Rays and mri. His diagnosis are thorough and on point. He’s very kind and considerate. I hope we can change our insurance soon so we can go back to him.
Our insurance changing has been a giant eye opener for us. Finding good doctors are rare. There are so many sharks looking to take your money as fast as possible having you come back as many times as they can. We recently saw a new doctor whom we already did not like. Felt like they didn’t care nor gave us a confident diagnosis to get us to come back again.
Dr Solomon Forouzesh is awesome and I recommend him for anyone who has the insurance he accepts!

I’m not old, or really sick, and was there as a referral thinking I wouldn’t get help because I had allergies and nothing too serious, but after several check ups, I am very happy to have been referred to Dr Forouzesh. He’s actually helped out with other issues I’ve had that I didn’t think we’re abnormal but they actually are and in turn has improved my health and because of that I don’t have to go to any of the specialists that haven’t been much help.
I have been to see Dr Forouzesh 5 – 6 times already, the only thing I don’t like is that because I don’t make such an entrance like other people, the receptionist or medical assistant completely forgot I was there… :/

Dr. Solomon Forouzesh is an awesome physician who really takes his time in explaining everything to you and answering your questions.
He is extremely friendly, patient, and genuinely connects with his patients.
I’ve had severe Rheumatoid arthritis for over 20 years and have seen numerous rheumatologists over the years.
I can comfortably say that Dr. Forouzesh is the best doctor I’ve ever interacted with, hands down. I’m just bummed that I didn’t meet him two decades ago.
Some doctors treat you like a medical record number… Dr. Forouzesh treats you like a family member. His entire staff is courtesy and professional as well.
I enthusiastically endorse and recommend him to everyone with joint disorders/​diseases.

So after reading the a few reviews probably made by friends and family, I made an appointment to see this Dr since I had joint pain. My appointment was in 1 week. So my appointment day came, got in the car to drive all the way from Sherman Oaks to Culver City in bumper to bumper traffic of the 405 and 10.
I finally got there. I parked inside the parking structure and the spot where it said reserved for «STE 604». Since that’s exactly where I was going, that’s exactly where I parked.
I took the elevator up went inside gave my insurance card, filled out the initial documents and told the office clerk I will be right back I’m going to get my phone from the car. I was waiting in the lobby with my company uniform on when a very old gentleman came out of the elevator looking at me like I was I monster. He told me I just called to tow your company car! I said excuse me? Why? I parked where it said for STE 604 it nowhere said DR parking. Why did you do that? It had no Dr parking sign!
He complained and mumbled about it more and said to me: so where should I park? and gave me a very dirty look and the next thing that he said blew my mind! He told me I should cancel my appointment!!!
I was flabbergasted and shocked!!! I was like — is this douchebag serious!!!
I was so upset that someone who calls himself a Dr would speak to a patient in such manner. Especially when I did nothing wrong. I will post images of the sign and the structure for people to see.
So, I rushed down moved my car came back upstairs and asked the staff to give me back my documents and told them what had transpired. The lady was very nice she apologized on the behalf of the IDIOT of a Dr and I went back down to get in my car and go.
I have never ever met a Dr like this in my life, who has no empathy toward a patient or an individual. This kind of a Dr would have absolute no care for a patient. That was very clear.
Please do not go see this Dr! He will not give a crap and he has no manners !!

I went because I saw all the positive reviews, he might be a good doctor if you are older or sick, but if you are healthy and just going for an annual checkup, please read below:
Had two visits here, both times, had to wait over an hour in the waiting room even though I had an appointment and showed up on time. Very unprofessional.
I went for my annual check-​ups, had no complaints about any issues and felt I was in good health but since my insurance company covers the annual visit, I do it to be safe. Dr. Solomon had me run the full panel of blood tests that went beyond the insurance coverage and I was never made aware so I had to pay about $ 200 out of pocket when I received the bill a few weeks later. Total surprise.
That’s what happened on my first visit. On my second visit, I stopped him as he said he was going to «run tests to see if you’re okay» and told him I only wanted what insurance covered. He looked surprised, but not in a good way, and said «okay, I’ll do it this way»
IF IT WAS THAT EASY, why did I need those tests in the first place? He provided no rationale and didn’t try to convince me when I objected against them so it just makes me think it was for profit. «Unnecessary tests» are a big problem in the medical industry, that’s why our insurance costs are so high!

I initially went to see Dr. Forouzesh with symptoms of RA (rheumatoid arthritis) he tested me & I do not have it… Although the symptoms are similar I was diagnosed with Ehlers-​Danlos syndrome. It’s said to be «rare» although I feel people aren’t being properly diagnosed because their physicians aren’t properly trained to diagnose this disorder.
Ehlers-​Danlos syndromes are a group of disorders which share common features including easy bruising, joint hypermobility (loose joints), skin that stretches easily (skin hyperelasticity or laxity), and weakness of tissues.
My hips, shoulders, knees, wrists, ankles, fingers & toes pop & dislocate regularly (painful!) but if you are experiencing any of these issues you should really see dr Forouzesh, he can properly diagnose & treat these issues.
I have full faith in Dr. Forouzesh & highly recommend him for all of your arthritis issues. I will add pics of my «hyper mobility «issues so you can understand & possibly relate.
