Netwood Communications is the go-​to for ensuring high-​speed connectivity in our hyper-​paced world!
Prior to my discovery of Netwood, I had a contract with Verizon for the wireless connection in my household. Not only was the connection poor and often lost, the prices were high and the constant feud over my billing with an automated respondent was when I had enough.
This is when I first came upon Netwood, and since then I have never been so pleased with my in-​house connectivity. The staff are extremely knowledgable and they aim to provide a personalized service by tailoring their product to their customers needs. Beyond the A+ they earned in regard to their customer service, the service is fast and most importantly reliable.
Being able to contact Netwood through their direct line provides for a more personalized experience overall. To this day, they have upheld our contract with faith, and their accounting department is very well-​structured and we always receive our bill on time.
I wish I had discovered Netwood sooner as they were the immediate solution to my ongoing connectivity struggles. I highly recommend them as the #1 local service provider to any household or business looking to gain the most out of their network experience.

I run a software consulting business from home, so when I moved to LA I knew I couldn’t rely on Time Warner’s horrible customer service for the lifeblood of my communication with clients. Time Warner claimed they could get me faster speeds at a lower price, but they were unable to get me a receipt for my first payment inside of two weeks — so I cancelled and used Netwood.
Everything was handled quickly and professionally and Bonnie is extremely friendly. Netwood uses Time Warners infrastructure and are a little more expensive, but for me it was worth the peace of mind to know I would never have to interact with Time Warner at all. The internet never went out the whole time I used Netwood and the installation was a breeze. I wish I could use them at my new apartment but unfortunately it is out of their service area.
Highly recommended.

Netwood is a middle man — you are just getting Time Warner service at an increased price. An employee was honest enough to give us this insight. We’ll be dropping the middle man soon…

I am disgusted by Netwood. Here is the series of events that has transpired over the past month.
— Bonnie quoted us $ 515. I was quoted this price verbally and in two different emails; it was also on our agreement that I signed. Then, AFTER I SIGNED THE AGREEMENT, they told me they «made an error» and that it was actually going to be $ 615. The way the offered to fix it was «we can take $ 100 off your installation fee» (which was over $ 400). I fought to get our rate and they reiterated, «there’s nothing we can do.» After several phone calls with Jonas, they finally compromised by offering us one free month; however, I’ve never experienced such POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE in my life.
— They told me installation would take «7 – 10 business days.» It took more than 30. They had to come out four times, every time claiming «something didn’t work correctly.»
— However, that didn’t stop them from charging us. They charged us before the installation was even complete.
— The most upsetting part is that I reiterated my needs over and over again from the beginning. I asked them what internet we needed to avoid problems and delays. They assured me this was it — two days after the installation, our internet was running at a 0.06 up and down. I literally had employees leaving to go work from home. They came back to fix it again — as of today, our speed tests still show that we’re running at half the speed we pay for.
— Despite the debacle and heinous experience, they refuse to let us out of the one year agreement
— Lastly, and this is just a personal peeve, they respond to emails with «sure» and «yep,» which feels incredibly unprofessional.
Do yourself a favor and go with Digilink Network Services.

Fantastic. It’s four times faster than the «high-​speed internet» DSL that I was getting through AT&T, for roughly the same price!
For a while I had a good deal with AT&T that got me that slow internet for $ 20 a month, and for that, I could live with the buffering. Once it went up to the normal price of $ 59 a month, though, WITH additional $ 10 or $ 20 charges for when we went over the data cap, I lost patience. That drove me to look for a new ISP, and I couldn’t be happier with Netwood.
Now I pay $ 65 a month for unlimited data at a download speed of 10mbps+ (as opposed to the 2.5mbps that I had with AT&T). When I called AT&T to cancel, the best they could offer to try to keep my business was 6mbps at about $ 30 a month for a year. And then, of course, the price would shoot up again, and I’d have to keep calling… I’d much rather pay a straightforward, no-​BS monthly fee and get a faster connection to boot.
I don’t know if your speeds or charges will be the same, because I think it varies based on location and business v. residential use (mine is residential), but I do know that Netwood warrants a call or email. In my experience, Bonnie responds to connectivity requests (
) and emails VERY quickly, so it won’t take long before you know whether they can help you out. For your sake, I hope they can!

I don’t know much about this internet and website stuff but when I started my small business, I knew I needed a site to post my material and advertise. I turned to Netwood Communications because they my area. I have to say, I am more than please. They got me set up on the internet AND created a great website. I still don’t know much about the internet but I’m in good hands with Netwood. Thanks!

Complete failure of a company. On every level. I literally do not know how this establishment is in business. If you are a busy professional with a timeline and a schedule run, do not walk, but run from this company. A week of my life I’ll never get back!
The installation «process» involves a minimum of three visits from three different vendors. First Verizon for the backbone, second a netwood tech to establish service, and finally a third party vendor to run hard lines if you need connectivity in more than one room. Three days off work, another to pick up equipment they don’t bring with them, but is shipped to you, and requires signature for delivery.
So now I’m four days off into the «process» and still no service because each of the vendors is blaming the others for not doing their job.
As for Bonnie and the «wow» experience (her motto/​tagline)? Rubbish!
She outsourced everything and then arranged unscheduled and unannounced «fix it» visits from her vendors (if you’re counting we’re now at 5+ visits and no service). Shockingly, since these follow ups we were never scheduled with us, and we weren’t about to abandon our professional obligations to camp at the location waiting for surprise vendor visits, these had to be rescheduled.
Final straw? I get an email from Bonnie asking if I can go to yet another vendor to return the equipment the mailed to me but never installed — because I wasn’t able to recognize and respond to voicemails from multiple vendors and other non-​bonnie people whose names and phone numbers I was unable to recognize because, you know, I’m running a business not working for Bonnie.
Shockingly, just shockingly, when they discover I’m not lifting a finger to return equipment given the circumstances, they have an employee show up unannounced multiple times to collect it, and wake up a brand new baby and ultimately interrupt me in a customer meeting wondering why I’m not waiting for them.
What a joke.

BEST ISP ever!!! Bonnie and her team really know how to treat their customers. I would recommend their service to everyone!

I emailed Netwood. Bonnie replied, gave me the info I needed.
When I was ready to get connected, I emailed Bonnie again. She arranged it.
Bob the technician contacted me. I had to cancel and reschedule a few times, Bonnie and Bob were cool with that. Bob visited me, shook my hand, connected me, I was online.
This is very different from the big ISPs because every time you talk to Netwood, you talk to Bonnie directly and she knows everything about the biz and has complete customer service powers to help me immediately.
Funny thing is, I sent most of my emails to Bonnie on weekends or at night, and she always responded the same day!

Literally, the most helpful internet company I’ve ever encountered.
Bonnie is such a pleasure to deal with; she is knowledgable and efficient. She got me hooked up with internet so quickly in my new apartment, for half the price of the major providers.

Wow amazing service!!! I called Netwood Communications because I am fed up with Time Warner. I spoke with Bonnie who can only be described as amazing. She responded to my email request within minutes late at night on a weekend. When I contact the company via phone she explained the services they offered and the service I contacted them for. She was very knowledgeable and responsive to my thoughts. No sales, just really friendly and helpful service. She told me step by step what to expect, the cost and helped me understand which speed would be good for me. She then went the extra mile to contact my provide to find my internet speed, go in behold she sent me an email letting me know that I actually had faster speed with my current provider. Holy Cow! She took the time to tell me that I had faster speed than what she could provide via the type of service I requested!!! Service like that folks is not found very often. For anyone looking for internet you must try them first they are truly a top quality company with out of this world great customer services.

Netwood is my ISP. Their service and attention far surpasses that of the larger, more common providers (AT&T, Comcast, TW Cable).
I sought an alternative after a HORRIBLE experience with AT&T, and, have been so happy to have found Netwood. Superior service, friendly, responsive staff, reasonable price … what more could you ask for ?!

Netwood has been my service provider for many years. In fact, it’s been over 10 years. The company is very personable and provide excellent and speedy customer service. That is so important and really crucial when you spend much time online and really need things to work smoothly and fast. Bonnie and Jonas really knows this business inside and out and when you call, you get a person to help you. Incredibly valuable! I have my email and DSL service set up with Netwood and I could never go back to dealing with large corporate bs. Overall: Services are great! Coverage is great. Problems: I’ve never experienced any! And customer service is excellent! Go with Netwood Communications!

I’ve been working with Jonas as a client for about 4 years now and have had nothing but great experiences every time I’ve contacted Netwood to make a change, addition or inquiry. The difference you get with Netwood is the personal service and attention. Their technology, premium hardware and overall speed put them above the cookie cutter hosts everybody is probably familiar with. Custom plugins and SSH access are no problem either. If you need the power, they have it. I highly recommend Netwood Communications for any type of hosting.

I love Netwood. Wish I found them earlier! Large companies can be impersonal but Netwood is small enough to offer the personal touch and large enough to offer great service!
