Unfortunately they really have terrible nail painting and cutting skills here. Also you have to tell them to add the tip otherwise go to an ATM machine and get cash.

The WORST. Yes, I know it’s the mall, but come on. Pretty sad when a pedicure hurts, manicurist gets pissy if you ask that your fingernails aren’t filed crooked, and you have to clean up the polish mess when you go home. Non-​existent massage and bad attitudes. Never again.

Well, its cheap and its in the mall. My pedicure was fine, especially for $ 18. I had a mani done elsewhere last week and asked them just to trim my cuticles. They charged $ 5 and the lady proceeded to cut my cuticles to the point of bleeding on 3 fingers. Then she poured alcohol on them! Ugh! Avoid!

Today was my first time coming to this place and i swear to god i wanted to slap that shit outta this chines lady got a fucked up attitude and she did a fucked up job never in my life coming to this place again!!!

I don’t really do this often of Ieaving reviews but I really had to. I come from SF. On a vacation. I Was shopping at the Westfield mall and Did a pedi which I really liked. Then I decided to get my nails done. Guy glueing the fake nail he asked «what length nail» I said medium. As he was done cutting the length of how I wanted my nails. He said «it’s going to be $ 28″ I told him „regular full set is $ 22 correct.“ He said“No, the $ 22 suck» (he was about to cut them very short) I told him no, that’s not how I want them” he threw the tools on the table and walked away from me. Left me with the fake nails and glue on my hands and I had to take them off myself. I wasn’t rude at all even after the bad customer service. This has been the worse nail experience for me, I will never return here.

They do the laziest job ever!!! Don’t come here!!! The only nail colors they have are super cheap brands. The mani and pedi are uncomfortable as they rush you and give quick and lousy massages. I’ve come here twice and their manis never last longer than 3 days because their nail Polish is so cheap. That has never happened to me with any other place.

This was my first time visiting this salon and like the other reviews, the service is horrible. The woman doing my nails removed too much skin from the cuticle area and I have been bleeding for the past 30 minutes. She tries to smooth it over by offering me a free design which is hideous. To make matters worse, she insults me by telling me that my cuticles are too dry and that’s what causing the bleeding! I will not return to this establishment!!!

The worst place I have ever been. There’s a reason you can get right in. The second service and procedure is very rushed and half assed done. I made the person that did my finger nails redo them all. The person that did my feet was no better. Do yourself a favor and just bite your own nail. You’d probably do a better job.

Worst gel mani I’ve ever had. I can’t believe they can’t color inside the cuticle !! Kindergarten staff???

The BEST eye brow waxing. I have been faithfully going to Jennifer here for last 2 years. She is remarkable at her ability to sculpt eyebrows. Extremely cheap at $ 10.
I used to pay $ 55 at Damone Roberts in Beverly Hills but after discovering Jennifer I havent been anywhere else. Now most of my girlfriends all go here for waxing.

I can’t even rate this place! I didn’t catch the lady that did one nail!!! 1 nail and she looked bugged about doing her job. It was less then 2 mins. The this lady pressed her yellows nails into my finger. Horrible. She is skinny long black hair lady that looks bitter. Never will I go back with an a**hole like that working there. This place is negative 5

I had a manicure and pedicure here, it was the worst I have ever had.
I had them remove my gel nail they use an electric nail shaper the rough up the tops but kept getting it caught on the edge of my nail and taking chunks out of the tips. Then they didn’t soak the nails long enough so the Polish was still attached. Since it hadn’t fully soaked off she then began to hack at it with different tools taking away lots of my nail too! I made a comment on how thin my nail was and she just said «it’s from the gel» it’s not I get gel regularly and it’s never been like this!
They didn’t listen to me when I said things were painful or to stop or to cut something different.
Also so many of the tools were NOT CLEAN!!! This place is not clean do
NOT GO HERE UNCLEAN!
My nails are now thin and lumpy I wish I could take back going here.

This place is a nightmare! They literally did a 10 minute pedicure. They did not even remove my callus. When we complained to the owner he started to make sarcastic remarks like «next time we will give you a clock» «you took too long to pick a color.» He kept saying he didn’t care and even made racial slurs at me and my party. Not to mention that they DO NOT use sterilized tools!!! DO NOT COME HERE! I have never seen a more horrible nail shop! These people are rude, dirty, unprofessional and there service SUCKS! Never going again. Someone needs to shut this shop down for not using sterilized products.

Worst pedicure e.v.e.r.

Not crowded. No wait. No think nail polish smell. And of course they have the awesome massage chairs. Now I have a new spot to get my nails done
