Forty6Twenty Apartments

I’ll keep it simple. Great apartments and great staff!!!
The apartments are spacious and new!
Nest is a pretty sweet addition that I never thought I’d have a need for!
The parking is so convenient.
The maintenance staff are friendly, professional and very efficient!
The building management has been extremely accommodating and also a pleasure to deal with.
The only, albeit minor, flaw is the neighborhood.
Its not bad. Just kind of boring and non-​descript. Not sure if I’m it’s in culver city or marina del rey, or culver del rey?
Not too much around to walk to, but just a short drive away to plenty. I actually like it bc of how quiet and chill it is.
At the end of the day, forty6twenty is a place I would highly recommend to anyone looking for new apartments on the westside.

Yeah, I was skeptical at first, the reviews seemed too good to be true. I thought they were all fake. After living here for two months, this place is awesome. Maintenance is super responsive, Guillermo and the crew are on top of their game. My apartment is really nice, new everything and gated, covered parking.
Docking a star because the neighborhood could be better, but that has nothing to do with management or the building itself.

I moved here 5 month ago, so now i have opinion about forty6twenty apt. This is a wonderful quiet place with a perfect location. Gated complex, which is a big plus, especially in the delivery of goods from online shops you can not worry about their safety. On the ground floor Parking with a gate. Apartments are completely new and done very efficiently. There is air conditioning with nest system, which to my surprise turned out to be very convenient. Useful site, where you can pay for living and leave a request. Recently installed new windows. A huge plus is that if any problem you can contact the site and will solve it in the shortest possible time. This is the main difference forty6twenty from the other apartments that are after your payment forget about you.

This place is fantastic! Brand new EVERYTHING, including a Nest thermostat. It’s seriously great! We have loved the location– it’s close to the 405, close to the marina, and close enough to downtown Culver City to get there quickly. The maintenance crew is adorable– such nice guys. We love it here!

Forty6Twenty is where it’s at!
We moved in after our wedding and management went out of their way to get the place ready for us. Everything was renovated: new laminate floors, new bathroom, new kitchen appliances, cupboards, counters, double glazed windows that keep any noise out and Nest WiFi A/​C that you can control remotely… The works!
The location is great, close to the 405 but away from any traffic jams and in a good spot to get to downtown Culver City and to the beach.
Management and maintenance staff are super helpful and very quick to respond to any requests. Rent payments and maintenance requests can be done online — very convenient.

I have lived here for about 3 months so far. The management is top notch in comparison to anywhere else I have lived before. Any questions or problems are answered within 24 hours, and they are constantly improving the place. They have a very nice website that allows you to pay rent online or request maintenance if needed (which I absolutely love). The complex was definitely renovated recently because all of my appliances are new. Windows were replaced three days ago and seem to be more energy efficient. The appartment complex is clean, and an upscale younger croud has been moving in recently. Covered, gated, and assigned parking is included with rent cost, and is also a plus because parking anywhere in LA can be quite difficult. Overall, awesome place to live. I can’t see moving anytime soon.

Forty6Twenty apartments are great! After almost 8 months of living here, I have no complaints.
These apartments are at a great location — super close to the 405 freeway, downtown Culver City, and many restaurants and shops. The building is newly renovated with constant improvements happening. Each unit has an updated kitchen with new appliances & windows, bright interiors with natural light, and AC/​heating. The tenants are friendly and respectful of privacy and noise. The property management team works hard to make sure the tenants are happy with an easy to use website for rent payment as well as maintenance requests. They are great at communicating and solving any issues within the building in a timely manner.
I would definitely recommend Forty6Twenty Apartments!
